5 /5 Abigail Baker: The vibes are top notch here. Doctor is super friendly, staff is insanely funny and smart. Don’t know why anyone would ever want to go anywhere else! On a for real note, I’ve never known a doctor who works so well with his patients, of all ages, thoroughly explaining all procedures so the patient understands exactly what’s happening without being overwhelmed with a huge treatment plan and bill that makes you feel like you’re buying a car (cough cough corporate dentistry). Selena is the best at helping with anything insurance related and sneaking you into the schedule for any necessary appointments! The golden retriever of the office, if you will, she is so friendly and happy to see everyone who comes through the door! It’s a great office for the whole family!

5 /5 Weatherington Taylor (Dog Trainer): Fantastic!! I had an emergency wisdom tooth pull and a cleaning and have left the office feeling happy, satisfied, and smiling both times! Every single person in the office is so kind. Dr. Monzon calmly walks you through every step while also giving amazing advice and encouragement without a hint of judgement (very rare for me with dentists previously). The office feels safe and has a homey vibe which is something i’ve never experienced in any health care related setting! 10/10 recommend

Princeton Dental Care Ltd - Princeton Catie Donelson: Fantastic office! Dr. Monzon was very patient with my daughter and he explained everything he did for her so she would not be nervous. She left the dentist office smiling and asking to go back again! He even allowed her to “help” him as he cleaned my teeth. He is very attentive and listens to everything we had to say. He explained everything he did as he worked and made us all feel very comfortable!

Mueller Dental Care - Heather Mueller, D.D.S. - Princeton Susan Lind: Have never experienced a better dental visit. Was able to be seen quickly for an emergent situation. Both Dr. Mueller and her staff were very friendly and compassionate. Dr. explained the x-ray results and options thoroughly. I highly recommend this practice!

Purlee David B DDS - Mt Carroll Angela Zuberbuhler: Took my two four year olds, my five year old, and myself for check up’s and it was seamless. My five year old broke a tooth and needed it pulled. I was so nervous but Dr. Purlee had nothing but confidence to ease my mind. My sweet girl didn’t even know she got a shot because of his amazing skills and ability to treat my child with respect and compassion. I’ve always liked going there but to see Dr and his staff with my kids made it that much better.

Cass County Health Department - Virginia Haley Skye: Edit: Ive been going to this place for awhile now and the ladies at the front desk have definitely gotten a lot kinder and Ive had zero canceled appointments in well over a year. Just wanted to update my review. The dentists and dental assistants are fantastic (especially the newest dentist. Shes incredible.) but the front desk ladies are just mean. They are so unbelievably rude even when they are the ones that make a mistake. They treat you like youre inconveniencing them when youre just trying to see a dentist/take your child to the dentist. Good luck keeping an appointment as well because they seem to double book an awful lot or book appointments on days where "they wont have a doctor". Im sure theres one or two that are great people but the couple Ive spoke with, not so much. Im sure its a very stressful job but the doesnt mean that you should take it out on patients.
