Holly Demichelis This was my first visit today and it could not have been better! From scheduling the appointment, verification of benefits and appointment with Dr. Monzon it was excellent! Highly recommend this office.

Abigail Baker The vibes are top notch here. Doctor is super friendly, staff is insanely funny and smart. Don’t know why anyone would ever want to go anywhere else! On a for real note, I’ve never known a doctor who works so well with his patients, of all ages, thoroughly explaining all procedures so the patient understands exactly what’s happening without being overwhelmed with a huge treatment plan and bill that makes you feel like you’re buying a car (cough cough corporate dentistry). Selena is the best at helping with anything insurance related and sneaking you into the schedule for any necessary appointments! The golden retriever of the office, if you will, she is so friendly and happy to see everyone who comes through the door! It’s a great office for the whole family!

Amber Malo Absolutely upset. Worst visit Ive ever encountered. I was told to go home and take a COVID test. When I came in with issues swallowing. I requested an ultrasound on my neck and thyroid and was told they cant do that. They then proceeded with an xray machine that had nothing to do with my throat. Yes my BP was high but my BP was never taken again the cuff was left off of me. Im so upset. Im still having issues I dont trust going back to be billed an outrageous bill that had nothing pertaining to my problem

S Begonias If you come in for routine things like a blood test or MRI they are fine. But if you need to use the ER the staff is really rude and seemed confused as to why someone who is in extreme pain and vomiting might be kind of upset and freaked out. EMTs were super kind as were the ambulance drivers thank you for that.

Daryl Fountain On 5/5 I went to the Princeton hospital with a sever ear ache. I had the most pleasant experience that could be expected All the staff were friendly and professional!

Catie Donelson Fantastic office! Dr. Monzon was very patient with my daughter and he explained everything he did for her so she would not be nervous. She left the dentist office smiling and asking to go back again! He even allowed her to “help” him as he cleaned my teeth. He is very attentive and listens to everything we had to say. He explained everything he did as he worked and made us all feel very comfortable!

Garrett Luck They do a great job. Dr Monzon is very good at what he does. He make it a point to tell me everything that was going on during my procedure and make sure I was totally comfortable. The rooms are clean and simple. They get you in and out and they work weekends!

Vickie Jaggers I couldn’t begin to say how wonderful Selena and Dr Monzon were and they both provided me with the best care!! They both were so understanding and took the time to explain everything and addressed the main problem without adding additional treatment and costs unlike some other dentists might do. I highly recommend them and I definitely will be returning for any of my future dental care. Absolutely 5 Stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Susan Lind Have never experienced a better dental visit. Was able to be seen quickly for an emergent situation. Both Dr. Mueller and her staff were very friendly and compassionate. Dr. explained the x-ray results and options thoroughly. I highly recommend this practice!

Redacted Fan I have been to a dozen dentists or more and some of them I really liked and only changed because they moved or retired. I have to say that Dr Mueller is the best of the bunch. She talks to you and involves you in your dental care decisions and options. She is kind and considerate and most importantly she is gentle and careful to make you as comfortable as possible during procedures and she explains what is going on the entire time. I am happy to have recommended her to my wife, daughter, son-in-law, their children and several of my co-workers and they have all been very happy.

Katherine Grant I’ve gone here multiple times throughout my childhood, and some into adulthood. She (being the actual dentist) has always been cold, standoff-ish, and pushy. The hygienists and receptionists have ALWAYS been friendly and amazing. She also told me I needed some teeth pulled and sent me to a surgeon in Peru. They agreed I needed the teeth pulled and pushed for me to set an appointment. Feeling uncomfortable, I went to get a second opinion. My new dentist said I did NOT need said teeth pulled, said it would do WAY more harm then good. I truly believe these two work together for money so beware of “needing teeth pulled”. She absolutely gave me a fear of dentist since I was a child. I, to this day, HATE going even though my new one is fantastic. She’s judge mental, they never have time for a cleaning when you call but low and behold on your check up appt guess who randomly now has time to clean your teeth? She has done that to me 5 different times. When I asked why that is, she said “Do you want them cleaned or not?” Please do not bring your kids here, they should have a warm, welcoming experience since it is overwhelming for kids.

Denise Doan Thank you so very much for the quick, friendly, and caring service today! I had half of my tooth break off today, and Dr. Puhr and his wonderful staff made time for me 3 hours afterward. They gave me a temporary crown until I can come in to fix it properly. I was out of his office 45 minutes later! Chris and Dr. Puhr are so gentle, too. If you need a dentist, give them a call. You wont regret it. Thanks again!

Ann Marie Schrage-Glaviano As a new patient today, I enjoyed my visit with the staff and the exam with Dr. Puhr who is cheerful and informative. My hygienist was very thorough, thoughtful and kind. I must admit, I enjoyed my cleaning, if thats even possible, lol. Glad to know I have professional group for present and future care nearby!
