1 /5 Amber Malo: Absolutely upset. Worst visit Ive ever encountered. I was told to go home and take a COVID test. When I came in with issues swallowing. I requested an ultrasound on my neck and thyroid and was told they cant do that. They then proceeded with an xray machine that had nothing to do with my throat. Yes my BP was high but my BP was never taken again the cuff was left off of me. Im so upset. Im still having issues I dont trust going back to be billed an outrageous bill that had nothing pertaining to my problem

2 /5 S Begonias: If you come in for routine things like a blood test or MRI they are fine. But if you need to use the ER the staff is really rude and seemed confused as to why someone who is in extreme pain and vomiting might be kind of upset and freaked out. EMTs were super kind as were the ambulance drivers thank you for that.

5 /5 Daryl Fountain: On 5/5 I went to the Princeton hospital with a sever ear ache. I had the most pleasant experience that could be expected All the staff were friendly and professional!

1 /5 Chey Marie: Would give zero stars if I could !! My apt was at 8:40 I was given the run around and they have taken everyone else back but me !! I’m sorry but I have a life outside of here !! Like every time I come here they pull this !! Why do we even have an apt times if they can never be on time ?? If we’re late we are made to reschedule !! But they can be late ?? This is everytime I come to this facility they need to get it together !! This is ridiculous they it’s now 9:37 am and my apt was at 8:40 and still have yet to be called !! I had to go to the receptionist at the front and complain because they can’t do their job !! Something needs to be done !! I will be calling their bosses and filling a complaining this is un acceptable and now they’re making me late for another apt I have !! If they except us to be on time they need to be on time !! And let’s talk about how I was forced to take a urine for a pregnancy test !! Last time I knew we had a right to refuse!! But they said they wouldn’t do my test if I didn’t take one !! I’m sorry but that is absurd I am on birth control and I haven’t had sex it’s my choice if I want to take a test not theirs !! I was just here a month ago and had X-rays done and they didn’t do no test!!! There’s a reason they call this place scary Perry!! Just cuz osf took over dosent mean crap because it’s still the same old crap and crap staff!!

1 /5 Cassie Johnson: I came into the E.R. on Aug 10th. after falling at work and fearing I broke something. I could barely walk into the room and wasn’t offered any sort of help. I was in there for all of a half hour and was told by the standing doctor that night that he wasn’t going to do any sort of testing or X-Rays as he didn’t believe that I broke or tore anything because I was able to walk into the ER (with the assistance of my husband). Ended up just leaving the ER without an answer. I knew something was definitely wrong and followed up with my primary that following Monday and after some X-Rays and an MRI we found out that I did in fact have a tear AND a fractured hip. The E.R. here is an absolute joke. The only nice thing there were the nurses. They were absolutely sweet to me.
