5 /5 Angela McCollom: I hadnt seen a dentist in a while and was a little nervous. Ive had bad experiences with dentists and orthodontists in the past. I had my cleaning yesterday and fillings today. Well this was a completely different experience. I have absolutely no complaints. The office was nice and clean. Everyone was kind and caring. The dentist was very gentle and would ask if I was doing ok. One of the best experiences Ive had at the dentist. I definitely recommend them!

1 /5 Charly Ortiz: I went in for a cracked tooth my mouth was in pain and inflamed. I get there they have a legit little child at front desk. I went and got seen they did X-ray, she says it a cavity that is hurting my nerve and she cant extract I have to wait for her partner to come back to extract but hes out of country and cant come back until may. The dentist didnt even say this to me. I get told heres a amoxicillin for 7 days and ibuprofen. No regard that Im in pain. Well I ended up in ER being told they should have referred me somewhere else for the extraction! I almost went septic. I cant believe this is what they consider good treatment. The female dentist was rude and didnt seem like she could be bothered

1 /5 carlie cosentino: If I could give 0 stars I would. They saved down a front tooth that wasn’t even broken to match it with my broken tooth the fillings on both teeth popped out within a week. Then I go get them fixed and have to convince them not charge my insurance because they messed up and a week later the fillings have partially come off then a week after that IE this morning I wake up feel my teeth and the filling pops off again. Probably the worst dental office I’ve ever been in and the only reason they have good reviews is because they hand out gift cards.

1 /5 Z J so: Garbage experience, third world country office practices! told them about prior issue and was told they could extract tooth day I came in with a nerve block already to my face from emergency room . Disregarded the referally process. Told me to go into uic as an emergency room patient that they would do the extraction the problem tooth is attached to sinuses . Infection visible in blood work and could cause me to go septic if untreated. But I was offered a shot directly to the bone to the tooth after being given a glob of orajel with no napkin to spit the excess . I dont appreciate the disregard for my life. A professional would have given a referral. A person there for the money is only there for there own personal gain and satisfaction.. the presence of God is not in the building. As I wasnt even offered.ibprofen or more pain meds by a so called. Professional. I was given orders to have to tooth extracted on Tuesday by emergency room . Was lied to and told she does not operate on teeth attached to sinuses . Well in that case please. Send in your X-rays before your kicked out for questioning why your being disregarded after driving.30 minutes each way. What an absolute waste of my time . I sure hope yall marked that one off the books cause the insurance will know that orajel only cost up to $10 in any given store available. .... Its all about the insurance approval. If its not paid that day its not being done. So good luck if you go here . A dentist disregarding an infection in someones mouth, face, life, and body that could potentially cause damage for life or even death . .. disgusted to say the least. I was kicked out for asking why she put orajel on my tongue. Apparently that was against the rules to ask for a napkin to spit the glob out of my mouth and question as to why my tongue was just included in the attempted numbing of my tooth. I refused the shot to my infected tooth. As it was in pain already . And the fact my entire set of teeth and face are in agony on and off for going on 2 weeks. Thats like pushing on a bruise and expecting it to feel better or heal properly.. absolutely non sense.

1 /5 Lunar Moon: DO NOT GO HERE! i dont care what ANY of the good reviews say! i went for xrays and they said they could pull my wisdom teeth. i then went in, and they told me they couldnt pull them and id have to see an oral surgeon.. made me pay for my appointment anyway???? so then i switched insurance. called because i needed 2 fillings. i asked if they took my insurance, gave them my info. they said yes and if there were any issues, theyd call before my appointment so i didnt waste time and money. never called. i go in for my appointment and they say they "cant find my insurance" and i was like why didnt anyone call like they said they would?? they said no problem, and sent me into my appointment and that they would fix it. i get my numbing shots and she leaves for about half an hour. she came back and started, but i was in so much pain and felt everything, so they ended up giving me a total of 10 shots. the doctor is huffing and rolling her eyes, bad attitude, seemed rushed. she seemed really annoyed that i could still feel it. not my problem youre numbing the incorrect spot???? so she does my fillings really annoyed and rushed. they bring me my paper and tell me they in fact, did not take my insurance, and i now owed $800, that they "discounted" for me, which is $200 more than any other place ive gone to?? furthermore, i could not floss inbetween the teeth she did the filling on. two years later, my dentist now tells me whoever did my filling last did a horrid job and that i need to get it drilled out and a crown. ive had so much pain in this particular tooth since then, so much sensitivity. it is basically rotting out of my head because they filled it incorrectly. SO NOT ONLY DID THEY SCAM ME by telling me they took my insurance, and then waited until AFTER they did my fillings to tell me i owed them $900+ (they did a 2nd set of xrays for no reason, so i owed more for those), they messed up my tooth and didnt fill it correctly. DO NOT GO HERE. it is not worth it.
