From the brochure, the website and my initial New Patient visit there was a consistent pattern of attention to detail, a very welcoming and friendly experience. The entire process is well thought out and automated. From Samantha answering my initial questions and helping me with New Patient onboarding to Jasmine’s greeting when I opened that front door everything felt right. You feel special from your first day going through the New Patient exam. Dr Z. and Amber made my experience rewarding. I felt respected, informed and comfortable about my treatment plan. The appointment booking and check-in is always professional and quick. Plus they accept lots of different insurances. Nice, large office with state of the art technology. Claudia Garcia Beware! If I could give 0 stars I would. I chose them because they are in-network. After the service they submitted the claim to my insurance out-of network. My insurance paid but later caught the error and requested a refund for the overpayment amount only. Now Aspen is billing me for the difference. They refuse to admit their error for submitting incorrectly. I spent 4 hours on the phone between my insurance and Aspen trying to get fixed. At the end of the 4 hours an escalation was submitted. That was in January today I received a collection notice! My kids have now missed their last two appointments because I refuse to take them back until this issue is resolved. They won’t fix any billing issues caused by them. Again I called Aspen today only to be told now that my daughter is 18 they can’t give me any information. But they can bill me because the account is in my name?! My other child is a minor so I said then look at his account and surprise his bill is $0. Then I told her I needed to speak to a supervisor because she started just giving me a summary of the escalation I requested. I initiated it, I know what it was about. Then the representative started speaking in another language put me on mute or hold and 3 mins the whole time I’m saying ‘hello’ ‘are you there’ then the line went dead! Scam!!! Thieves!! If you decide to go here do not pay any bill from here until you are absolutely certain it’s legit!

Soni Desai Everything with this practice is an issue. The appointments are never kept. Every time me and my family end up paying very high co-pays, even though we are assured we are in-network. Coming to the issue at hand that made me write this review, I scheduled an appointment over a month ago, and today they call me saying they double booked and have to reschedule but the earliest they can do is 2 months later in May. They did this to me last time too in May of 2023 and was told that they would call me back to reschedule but never got the call, which made me distrustful and stop going to them. I thought things might have changed but its the same tune again.

pablo velez I was not happy because I was there for about an hour and a 1/2. And I was there particularly to get repaired on my dentals. Instead, they did a complete. Check up at the end, the only 1 except 70% of my insurance. I call my insurance and they wanna call you guys back and I told them. No, thats okay. I will go to someplace else would they be more reasonable? Sorry that thats the way I feel spokenno.

My teenage son went through wisdom teeth removal done by Dr. Smith, not only was the operation done flawlessly, the office helped us every step of the way. The staff are prestigious scholars and most importantly professionals. Including however not exclusive to, Anastasia, and Sofia. Walking into the building you know you are in trusted hands. I highly recommend this firm to everyone.

Anna Brewer Today was my wisdom teeth extraction and I was extremely pleased with the reassurance of Dr. Yost Smith and his lovely team. The waiting room was very comfortable and clean (which gave me enough time to mentally prepare for the procedure). The hard part was having the courage to show up, everything else involving my procedure was very comfortable and smooth. I thank the Gurnee team so much for saving my oral health.

Jamin Schrader I love this dentists office. I never have to wait long after I arrive to be taken back and they recognize me when I walk in. Jackie (the hygienist) is fantastic! I almost always see her for my cleanings and she seems to take a genuine interest in me and my family and is always careful to try to work with my needs and I always feel like my teeth are all but sparkly when I leave. The dentists are friendly and fun, but also never waste my time. They make sure to address my needs and concerns without coming across as preachy, which is nice. I have heard that some dentist may be a bit less expensive, but they take the time to work with my insurance well ahead of time, so I honestly dont know how much most things there cost beyond the copay anyway, which is about as ringing an endorsement I can make. As long as theyre around, Ill be going here!

Linda Holmes I drive from Wisconsin to go to Dr Sam Weiss. He is an awesome dentist, and so caring, with wonderful people that work with him. Dr Lander is a super dentist who specializes in tooth extractions and he makes the patient feel so comfortable during the extractions. He is a great guy. Kelsey is so nice and so kind. She takes the time to explain everything that is about to happen. She makes sure you are okay at every turn. Tina is also so nice and you can hear her smile across the phone when you call in for questions, appointments, or anything else that I needed to know. And Christin does the periodontal/debridement and she too was wonderful and tells you exactly what she is about to do so you will feel comfortable at every turn. I recommend Dr Weiss and his associates highly. The BEST!

They look at the big picture and create care plans often with options. Without doubt they have saved my mouth! Meredith Wilcox We held off on seeing a dentist until my daughter was 3. Her first experience went so well that when we were making her follow up appointment, she asked to go back again. Dr Christine had AWESOME energy and involved her in the exam. She was made marvelously comfortable by the doctor and the nurse. The environment is very relaxing and child-friendly with stuffies decorating the rooms. I cannot rave about them enough! Scheduling was super easy and convenient. They have flexible hours with one late night per week to fit with work schedules. They were easy to find and had plenty of parking. Love love LOVED our experience.

Getting x-rays is usually a nightmare for me, but the Dental Assistant Tejany totally worked with me and figured it out, even when I had a weird request. Dr. Gray? Total pro. You can tell she knows her stuff and actually cares. I can immediately tell the investment into the staff is paying off in her practice. The Hygienist is now my guy! My cleaning was great, and Greg was cool to chat with while he was, you know, making my teeth sparkle (pause). I truly appreciate the level of communication from the staff. Greg Davis My wife was experiencing tooth / gum pain and did not have a regular dentist. I contacted my dentist Dr. Fulton, unfortunately he was out of town so their office referred her to Dr.Albazzaz. They got her in right away, took full X-rays, determined the cause for the pain and developed a solid treatment plan to address it. Dr.Albazzaz and is assistant Laura, and Noelle the hygienist worked together seamlessly. It was truly an incredible experience. Cannot thank them enough for their compassion and professionalism.

I have trauma/anxiety with going to the dentist, but Dr. Avery is so knowledgeable, gentle, and good at what she does. All of the staff are accommodating and kind. The location is excellent, and the building is very nicely decorated and comforting. I had my first crown done last year, and Dr. Avery was incredibly gentle and patient with me. I have learned so much about oral hygiene since coming here.

Ocho My first time here, the dentist was professional and honest. It was a very relaxing cleaning and I did not detect any unnecessary treatment or over prescribing as I have with many other offices. My only quip would be their paper form questionnaire at the beginning felt excessive, make sure to come with all of your insurance information accessible.

TMARIE 2U I looked at the reviews and saw the four stars, assumed I was in good hands. Boy, was I wrong. I went in for x-rays and cleaning and planned to pay out-of-pocket because I have HMO insurance and Hadn’t yet switched over to PPO. I had an event planned and I needed my teeth cleaned ASAP. I knew it might be hard for me to squeeze in an appointment if I had went through HMO insurance and tried to schedule an appointment with my assigned dentist. Every dentist I called was booked until July so I was grateful they had openings. The assistant at the front was friendly, and the dental assistant was friendly as well and held a conversation with me. The Dr. seemed friendly, and was giving great advice about my teeth! Everything went sideways when she started to clean my teeth. She scraped, rinse, brush, and was done within 10 minutes!!! She expected me to pay $210 out-of-pocket for a half-done job. I told her every dentist I’ve visited has at-least spent 20 minutes doing a proper cleaning and I pay enough attention to know the proper steps to a cleaning. She had the nerve to tell me teeth cleaning doesn’t have a time limit and that she told me my teeth wasn’t going to be white, (I know the difference between a cleaning and teeth whitening) and that she did her job. That may be true but teeth cleaning does have steps, I’m sure you were taught in dental school therefore your job was not done. I did not pay for that improper cleaning but I did pay $125 for the x-rays. She told me she will send the rest to collections, and I stated I will dispute it because that was false advertisement of a service. If it comes down to me having to pay I will pay that dental office $5 for the next 17 months :) I will not be returning, Dr. Ahmed do better, are you doing it for money or because it’s a passion?

THEY SENT ME TO MY ORAL SURGEON TO GET SURGERY CLEARANCE, FIRST OF ALL, THEN WOULD NOT SEND A REFERRAL UNTIL GETTING A STATEMENT FROM THE ORAL SURGEON SAYING I NEEDED A REFERRAL!!!! THEY WOULD NOT DO XRAYS OR EVEN LOOK IN MY MOUTH! THIS PLACE WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME!!!!

Patrycia Mozdzynski if i can give this place no stars i would…this place is an absolute SCAM they told me i needed a crown and gave me a treatment plan and cost of what im responsible for and what my insurance will cover… i got my temporary crown put in an paid 1,500 out of pocket.. i waited over 3 months for my permanent..no one called me i finally called me and they told me i cant get my permanent crown due to my insurance not covering their portion… so basically they let me just pay 1,500 for a temporary crown.. these people are absolute losers i wouldn’t want my worst enemy to come here. SCAMMERS stay away!
