5 /5 Taylor Lerman: Visited for my first comprehensive exam. Everyone was very kind, told me everything they were doing and no surprises. I left feeling supported! Jackie the hygienist was very thorough, gentle and informative. Dr. Bradley Rule spent a great deal of time talking with me and supporting my oral plan! Everything was very transparent and pleasantly paced.

5 /5 panglu xiong: What an amazing clinic ! I recently went in for an implant consult and after I left … I felt like I wanted to work there and be a part of the Dental team !!! The staff has A+ quality customer service. That quality customer service began when I first called to make an appointment. The great customer service continued through out my whole visit and I only went there for a consult. I had contact with the Doctor and 3 staff members and they were all amazing. I felt so comfortable and I left feeling happy and satisfied. I went home and told my significant other that the dental office was so nice and I want to work there. Hahaha. Thank you Rule Dentistry for being so accommodating. I hope to see you guys soon. You guys RULE !!!! (-;

5 /5 Jamin Schrader: I love this dentists office. I never have to wait long after I arrive to be taken back and they recognize me when I walk in. Jackie (the hygienist) is fantastic! I almost always see her for my cleanings and she seems to take a genuine interest in me and my family and is always careful to try to work with my needs and I always feel like my teeth are all but sparkly when I leave. The dentists are friendly and fun, but also never waste my time. They make sure to address my needs and concerns without coming across as preachy, which is nice. I have heard that some dentist may be a bit less expensive, but they take the time to work with my insurance well ahead of time, so I honestly dont know how much most things there cost beyond the copay anyway, which is about as ringing an endorsement I can make. As long as theyre around, Ill be going here!

They are so pleasant, knowledgeable and really make you feel at home. We look forward to all our visits in the future. 5 /5 Riley Worthen: Ive known Dr. Bradley Rule for over 35 years—he was our family dentist when I was a kid, and I’m beyond grateful to be back under his care. When I moved back to the area, I originally chose a different dentist because Dr. Rule wasnt in-network with my insurance and I lived about 30 minutes away. That turned out to be the biggest mistake in my dental care journey. I dealt with multiple issues and poor experiences with other dentists in the Lake Bluff area. After running into Dr. Rule at church, I told him, “I don’t care what it takes—I care about quality over quantity.” And that decision has made all the difference. Rule Dentistry is truly exceptional. They use state-of-the-art technology, and their entire team is committed to doing things the right way. I recently had an old crown pop off and went in for a new one. Not only did they fix it perfectly, but they also detected another issue that had been completely missed by a previous dentist. They were able to take care of both crowns in one visit, right there in the office! One thing I’ve always struggled with is getting numb at the dentist—it usually takes a lot and I still feel discomfort. But for the first time in my life, Dr. Rule and his team were able to get everything completely numb. I actually felt relaxed and at ease during the procedure. That’s never happened before. Micayla, the Treatment Coordinator at the front desk is a gem. She is incredibly welcoming and organized. She goes above and beyond to make sure appointments and billing are handled with care and clarity. She makes you feel valued from the moment you walk in. Elaine, Dr. Rule’s Dental Assistant, is hands down the best I’ve ever met. She’s not only a perfectionist when it comes to her work—she’s also efficient, warm, funny, and genuinely caring. You can open up to her about anything, and she listens like an old friend. Honestly, give this woman a raise! She keeps the whole operation running smoothly and supports both Dr. Rules (father and son) with incredible attention to detail and grace. And as for Dr. Bradley Rule and Dr. Scottie Rule—they are more than just highly skilled dentists. They genuinely care about their patients as people. They remember details about your life, checks in on how youre doing beyond your teeth, and treats you with the kind of kindness and respect that’s rare in healthcare today. If you catch them on good day around lunch time, they might even treat you to a nice lunch. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, Rule Dentistry feels like a place where you’re known, cared for, and in the best possible hands. I can’t recommend them enough.
