1 /5 Patrycia Mozdzynski: if i can give this place no stars i would…this place is an absolute SCAM they told me i needed a crown and gave me a treatment plan and cost of what im responsible for and what my insurance will cover… i got my temporary crown put in an paid 1,500 out of pocket.. i waited over 3 months for my permanent..no one called me i finally called me and they told me i cant get my permanent crown due to my insurance not covering their portion… so basically they let me just pay 1,500 for a temporary crown.. these people are absolute losers i wouldn’t want my worst enemy to come here. SCAMMERS stay away!

1 /5 Steph: Do not go here. Their practices are predatory and they deserve to be sued one day. They tell you this tooth brush is included and covered by insurance when it’s not so then they can bill you for it. They predated on me and instead of saving my tooth they coaxed me into having it pulled. Having gotten second opinions most dentists believe in saving the tooth, but they get paid more to pull it and put in an implant so that’s what they pushed me to do. And I trusted her bc she was a women and a hijabi but now I see evil greed knows no bounds. Beware!

Northwestern Dental Group - Gurnee - Park City Moore S (Sam): I have been coming to this office for years and have not had any problems, until now. I have had my partial denture for over 25 years no problems with that one, but it was made by a different dentist, so I decided it was time to get a new partial. I did receive it on time, but every time I put it in mouth it rubbed against my gums really bad and it was painful, putting it in and taking it out. My gums were very sore and swollen. When I went back in and complained hoping the dentist could fit it, all he did was scrap something off the inside and said I had to just get use to putting it in and taking it out a certain way. It’s like he wanted my gums to be bleed before he would do anything to fix it. It hurt so bad it caused me anxiety just thinking about putting it in my mouth. I spent over $2,800 with insurance for this partial that causes my gums to swell, and is constantly painful. So, no I will not give this dentist a good review. I just wasted my money, because I will not put it back in my mouth. Never get a partial from them. Yes fix my partial, maybe there was a reason the other dentist made the gums part of the partial so big so it would go over my gums. Instead of hitting my gums in the wrong place.
