The worst customer service. They don’t stand behind what they tell you. And when you try to question it, they ignore your calls. Was told months ago I would get a call back from Sara about my billing.. and I have tried calling back multiple times with a “She will call you back.” She doesn’t call back and when questioned why she won’t return my calls was told “I told her to call you, it’s not my fault she won’t call you back.” And “certain things have presence over another.”
The place is decent, until you run into an issue.. dentist and hygienist were good. But customer service up front is horrible.
