Matt DePauw I wish I could give zero stars. I went to Aspen over a year ago. I was charged $995 the day of and was told I had to pay or no service would be given. Insurance would cover the rest. Not knowing, I said ok if this is what I need. 11 months rolls by and I randomly get a bill for over $1200. I call and I actually dont see that it ever got sent to insurance. After 10 minutes of this individual finally locating my bill. He sees there is the original charge of $995 and that insurance bounced back our request. We will resend it. Please call back in 5-6 weeks." I call back at the end of the 6 weeks and am told it is still in processing. Have not heard anything. Fast forward to today, get a text saying your bill is ready to pay. I call and am told I have a $300 some bill based of what insurance did not cover. I obviously as what my original payment was for then. Customer Service asks if I got and EoB from my insurance, I have not. She goes and looks through my EoB on her end to then come back and say that insurance says I only should have been charged $800 some at the time of appointment. I ask if that means that I was charged more the day of than what I actually owed, she said yea I think so. Wait, I mean no. But you did pay more than what you should have. (Trust me I was just as confused in this moment). After hemming & hawing, she said she needs to send this up to supervisors to review and to call back in another 4-6 weeks. The math doesnt math... at all. I get a different number every time I call and cant seem to get a straight answer ever. Mind you... appointment January 2024, first bill November 2024, March 2025 is the most recent bill. It is ABSOLUTELY absurd that this is still going on, that I owe anything after paying almost $1,000 the day of, keep getting numbers that never match up, and that Im now being sent up to supervisors to review. AGAIN.
I said it once, and Ill say it again. I wish ZERO stars were an option.

Gavins the quality of this of this place has gone down completely! when i first started coming here it felt welcoming, i had no issues, the staff knew what they were doing &’ got me taken off care. all i had to do was show up, then i was in and out. now its always something with this specific site.
my last appointment 6 months ago, i came paid out of pocket for my services like i always do to be told &’ billed later down the line that i didnt. honesty took over 7 months to get that issue resolved because i was being told by staff i didnt even after coming to my last appointment with my bank statement printed out. bank statement showed the payment removed, the day and time.
after still receiving bills I reached out trying to get the problem solved before my next visited because i wasn’t paying again for something i already had &’ i didn’t want any problems with my upcoming visit. not the finance manager nor the staff moved with any sense of urgency. kept being told they didn’t know how long it would take as if it hadn’t already been 7 months.
today i receive an email stating i have to reschedule my appointment bc they don’t have a hygienist. with it being their inconvenience you’d think they would reschedule my appointment for a day before my actual appointment but no they tell me i have to an additional month bc of their mistake.
when they staff changed so did the quality of this place. it’s always something with them, they make my head hurt every time i see a notification from them. use to feel like family at this place now it’s just people who are working to get a check clearly.
bring back the old crew who cared about people and what people have going on.
they turn the phones way before they close.
you can barely get an answer from the during the week days and don’t even attempt to call before 12 when it’s lunch time. they don’t return calls and when you ask to speak to the manager she’s always “ busy “ .
