1 /5 Guillermo Alanis: My wife confirmed an appointment for my son by phone, then she took it the date and time agreed. The receptionists are extremely rude with her and told her that they did not see the appointment that she confirmed with them the day before. They were extremely rude throughout this interactions.
Because of that we are planning not to take our kids there.
They do not treat people respectfully.
Update 2/25: My wife received a message that my kids future appointments were canceled because of my Google review. I think that is a very bad way to improve costumer satisfaction, instead of calling or messaging on what they can improve.
As I stated in this review we were already planning to take them to a different dentist, but business should strive to improve.
