5 /5 Sarah Sroka: My children see Dr. Hall and he is great with them. My daughter had to have general anesthesia for some work when she was 3 because of her unwillingness to sit in the chair. He has been nothing but patient, even when she screams for a cleaning. Well his patience paid off because yesterday, at 6 years old, she sat in the chair to repair her chipped tooth in the front. He explains everything in a kid friendly way. I can’t thank him and his assistants enough! :)

5 /5 Brianna Keller: Dr. Sarah is phenomenal! I took my two boys for there first check up and she handled them so well! Being a 1.5 and 4 year old, it takes a lot of patience and she was outstanding! She has excellent bedside manner, a fantastic personality and a true passion for what she does! We’re extremely blessed to find such a caring provider! We can’t wait for our next visit!

1 /5 Akanksha Mehta: I wish I had a an option to give them a zero star. Laid back and horrible staff. The entire clinic is open but there is no one inside. Patients are waiting and all you see a note stating that they are out for lunch. The computer screen is left unlocked leaving my personal data unprotected! I was here to follow up on transfer of our medical records and even after two weeks that have not done it. Please save yourself from them!

5 /5 Melissa Pearson: Each of my children have been going here since they were 9-12 months old. ( my oldest is 9) We have never had any issues with the staff as others have stated. We get happy birthday text, text reminders when they are due for an appointment, or it’s time for their appointment. The only issue is they schedule out way too far but that’s everywhere now. Dr. Hall is always great with the kids and tells them what he’s doing. Let’s then touch things when they are scared. I will update if my view ever changes.

Dr. Gregory Randolph - Bloomington Stacy Cameron: This guy and his staff are awesome!!!! I recommend them all the time. I Ave been with him many years and they still treat me special.

Emil M Verban Jr DDS Pc - Bloomington Steve Simpson: Dr Verban and his staff are great. Had several things done there including complicated wisdom teeth extractions. He and his staff were patient and great with addressing pain management and followup.

Jill S Young DMD - Normal Matt H: I had seen Dr. Dan Steadman all my life. I have known no other dentist. I went and saw Dr. Young at his recommendation when retiring and I dont think I could have been more dissatisfied. The last time I saw her was in late 2020. I immediately encountered some issues, first with their appointment process and then with their payment process. I was told that while they took the State of IL Delta Dental insurance, that Id need to pay for the services at the time they were provided, and would be reimbursed by Delta Dental at a later time. Its now 2024 and I have yet to see a single thing from Delta Dental. As far as I could tell, they didnt bother submitting anything and could have, for all I know, pocketed money from me AND the insurance. The staff was rude when needing to re-schedule or when setting a new appointment. The tech I had was extremely aggressive with the cleaning, and all around a polar opposite of Dr. Dans staff and care provided. I was in the process of confirming a visit with another dentist when I looked up the reviews for Dr. Young. I cannot recommend this dentist and now I dont have my records to give to another dentist and dont really feel like calling this office and putting up with the frustration that will come from that.

Dr. Jeffrey Jones - Normal Erin Crider: Dr. Jones has been my dentist for all my life. He is very kind, always there to listen and hes never in a hurry. He has a nice and caring staff that creates a very comfortable atmosphere. I have never had any problems and highly recommend Dr. Jeff Jones.

Brandon M. Piper, DMD - Bloomington Chad Sabin: I have high anxiety and trust issues when it comes to Dentists and Dr. Piper is the only doctor I trust for taking care of me for dental emergency’s and procedures. He goes out of his way to ensure I’m comfortable and made time for me during his busy schedule.

John Van Scoyoc, DDS - Bloomington Anne Settanni: I wish that I had started going to Blm Family Dental before getting my first crown. Dr VanSyoc allowed me to have input into the choice of color for my teeth and was able to fit me in one session. It is wonderful to avoid weeks of waiting with a temporary crown in place!

Kevin K Schultz PC - Bloomington M Rosi: I started seeing Dr Schultz about a year ago because I had an emergency. He did an root canal and cap and filled a filling on my front tooth. Hes a good dentist and I like his receptionist and assistants. I havent been there yet this year but as long as he is practicing I will continue to use his services.

Dr. Mark Burgess, DMD - Bloomington Dave Van Allen: Ive been going to Dr. Burgess office for over 10 years. His office staff hasnt had much turnover, which is a sign of high employee satisfaction. He knows his patients personally and treats us well. Dr. Burgess built and wonderfully decorated his new office a few years back. His hygienists are friendly and use very modern equipment. There have been times Ive wished that his office wasnt so punctual -- so I could spend more time in his comfy waiting room. I wouldnt consider going anywhere else for my dental needs!

Barnes Dental Associates, Inc. - Normal Bill Lawrence: I have been a patient of Barnes Dental Associates for several years. My experiences there have been great. Dr. Barnes is simultaneously laid back and also very professional. I appreciate the things Dr Barnes does outside of his practice. He is involved in dental associations, missions work and organizes and provides dental services for disadvantaged groups. My hygienist, Cassie, is the absolute best. I see her a few times a year and I feel like were friends.
