Hortencia Flores Appointments are 5 months out. A few days before my appointment I was told the hygienist would not be in and would have to reschedule, but I couldn’t even get an appointment in within the month and was just asked to provide available times and days to avoid “being booked 6 months out”. Not to mention I received a call yesterday about taking an opening that same day but by the time I returned the call minutes later I was told it was taken. FYI if you cancel an appointment because of your staff you should prioritize rescheduling those patients first. I’ve waited since December and now have to look somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous

James Tiller Update.. The old woman that works at the Billing department at Randolph Dental refuse to give me my refund after I was telling her I wasnt in their network & before they saw me anyway & billed..
After giving them $200.00.
I told her I will see her & them in court.
They thought I was selling wolf tickets..
Filed a motion at Bloomington Court House .
The Sheriff Served them Im sure in front of their customers being embarrassed..
That they settled with me out of court that they shouldve done to begin with.
Now who got the last laugh

Jeb B I have been a client of Dr. Randolphs for about ten years and have had good experiences. The hygienists (except for one, who is no longer there) have been thorough, skilled, and pleasant and have done excellent work. I recently needed a crown and called the front desk to check my insurance coverage, and I got concise, clear information. I saw Doc for the initial fitting, and then returned about a month later for the "experience." Doc, and his assistant, were right on top of everything, gave me the right level of pain meds, and the crown fit perfectly. Prior to having it installed, I had trouble chewing with that molar, but afterwards, it felt fine. At the end of the session, I mentioned I was doing a little paint job and asked the assistant for a couple of latex gloves. Doc said he would get me some man size gloves, and came back with a big handful. A nice bonus in addition to an excellent job.
If you need a new dentist, this is the place to go.
