Green Yoga Spa Dr Sadie is very thorough and patient. She will ask if you have any more questions before letting you go. She can give you a referral, if needed. The dental hygienist assistants are always very good even though I seem to get a different person each time. She has always been kind thorough and efficient. They took my dental insurance. I would highly recommend this professional dental facility. It is well run and easy to schedule or reschedule.

PAULA RHODES Filled the wrong tooth. So I still have a big black spot on the back of the tooth next to it. Dont have ins had to pay cash and still have the same problem. Needed other work done. No way.

Aveon Vann I had came in for a cleaning last Thursday, it wasn’t to long of a wait. My hygienist Savannah was a wonderful person/worker she made me feel really welcomed and she had personal experience similar to mine with invisalign so she gave me some tips but overall she did an amazing job and connected with me as a person. Margaret Ford I didn’t want to have this root canal done but it was necessary. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t so bad. Much had changed for the better since my last one 25 years ago! Dr. Grote is great and he even called me the next day to see how I was doing. Office people are great too.

Joe Daugherty I needed a root canal. I had heard that this was a terrible experience. Dr. Grote and his staff treated me like a king and the process is absolutely painless. Dr. Grote took time to explain the process and did as he said he would, no surprises. He is very patient and calm with his staff as he performed the procedure, which was very calming to me as I was very anxious and nervous. All in all I was very pleased and gave them 5 stars only because there’s not an option for 15.

Kelli Sanders I needed a root canal re treatment so I was referred to Dr. Arif. I saw him for my first appointment, but he referred me over to Dr. Grote as he had a more specialized tool that better suited my problem. Both seemed highly knowledgeable. Dr. Grote has gone above and beyond by calling me to check in with me. I love the ladies at the desk as well. Everyone has been really helpful in easing my anxieties over having dental work done. I cannot recommend them enough.

I Riggs Teeth and gum health are so important to overall health and to us personally! I know that we are getting quality dental care from Hans Family Dental! When we moved here, we chose our new dentist by asking several periodontist offices which dental offices they worked with, and Hans Dental kept coming up! Thomas Scott Had a dental emergency, a broken tooth, on Sunday evening. Called Hans family Dentist first thing Monday morning. They told me to come in and they would fit me in. I went over and by 10:00 I was home with the tooth repaired! Responsive and professional describes them to a "T"!

Mary Ann Lantigua The technicians are intentional and attentive to each clients need. They made sure your lips are not dried up with their chapstick right before they do the scans. They provide you toothbrushes as well thats all prep with toothpaste if one needs a quick brush before exams. The doctor is compassionate, caring and looks out and advised for what seem best for your care. Glad that theres an office here in town to give us this kind of care and option.

jenevieve carrizales Staff was always nice and helpful. When I started treatment it was with Dr Chen he left and boy do I miss him. Whoever is currently taking over never introduced himself, was condescending and rude. My retainers didn’t fit well and his response was mean sounding. Showed no concern for them fitting caused my sensitive gums to bleed all over which I’m post partum still healing from the swelling I had in my gums. He didn’t say anything but go see my dentist after he made me bleed so much it got on my face. I am done with treatment. The beginning of my treatment went well until he came barely spent the time to explain things saw me for a few second. Dr Chen was a gem and I miss having him as my orthodontist. Will not be recommending Smile doctors to anyone based on my final experience.

bev bramble Dr. Seibert wrote the book on gum disease and dental implants. I drive from Terre Haute to either his Charleston or Champaign office because he’s the best qualified and most experienced periodontist in the region. His staff, from the front desk receptionists and billing clerks to the dental assistants, are attractive, personable, and professional. Because of Dr. Seibert, I have a great smile and healthy gums at 73. It’s never too late to invest in your health and appearance.

Taylor McCrory I ended up switching from my previous dentist who I had been to since I was a kid. I was a little nervous since I had never been anywhere new, plus I hadn’t been to the dentist for a cleaning in a couple years due to pregnancy and the craziness of being a new Mom. Kristin, my dental hygienist, was SO great and explained everything before she did it, which I appreciated so much. She was so friendly and made the process so smooth and comfortable. The front desk team was super friendly and Dr. Vu was super efficient and kind. Overall a great team and I intend to keep them as my dentist for a long time, eventually bringing my kids there, too. Kristen even threw in a tooth brush for my daughter just based off a conversation we had about her, which was so thoughtful. Loved my experience!

Averie Keoppel If you need something urgent, go somewhere else. Im really annoyed because they fit me in for an "emergency exam", took xrays & hurt my tooth for science I guess, then said theyre booked till March & "dont open March scheduling until the second week of February , so call back to make an appointmentin the second week of February", so I had to find another place that actually has appointments for treatment available, and now I have to try to get my records transferred by Monday because I dont want to pay for more xrays I dont need. This shouldnt be this complicated. If you dont have the availability, dont take new or urgent clients. Just yank my dang tooth out and you get paid. You couldnt do that, so now you wont get paid.

Vasu Dhananjayan We visited this location to have a school form signed. However, the doctor informed us that, since Im with a different service provider, they could not sign the form. To add to the frustration, we were also sent a bill for the refused service. Not exactly great service, is it?

Brandon Rowe Tiffany Johnson made zero effort to get to know me while I was there. When it came time to make decisions, rather than ask questions she doubled down on ignorance and prejudice. This situation is made possible by a system that puts a wall of red tape between you and your doctor. A weak doctor makes decisions and then hides behind the system while everyone else deals with the consequences.

Qinglin Luan I got my two wisdom teeth removed there, and it was such a pleasant experience! I felt no pain at all during surgery, and the aftercare tools are also very helpful. The doctor, nurses, and staff there are very friendly. Everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend! I had the other two removed somewhere else and had a lot of pain, so I was scared before this surgery. AOMS experience was totally different!! It was such a relief and again, they are so so good!

Stevie Nash Absolutely wonderful wisdom teeth removal procedure today (this is coming from someone with severe dental anxiety). The staff took in my concerns seriously and listened to me for every question and concern i had. They were more than welcome to help a VERY anxious girl out. All the staff I had today were super nice and caring and gentle. I went to sleep and had no issues with pain! Thank you to every single person who was involved in my care. Jessica Smith My father had a procedure done early this morning. The staff in front were polite and welcoming and he was called back fairly quickly. Dr. Waisaith explained the procedure and made sure my dad understood the steps and was comfortable. Afterwards, Carla did an amazing job of reviewing the procedure with us and next steps including aftercare. She was careful to prescribe an antibiotic that would play nice with others prescriptions and called later in the day to check on him - that was really appreciated!! We would highly recommend everyone visit them!!

Calub Peacock Nice doctor but only that way to get you to sighn, after that you will get several charges that make no sense and didn’t have anything to do with you, also won’t reach out to your insurance company, so it’s all out of pocket, awful way to run a business.

nancy miller During my consult for a tooth extraction, Dr. Escobar told me I would have general anesthesia for the procedure. The office staff told me my total cost for all of this would be $79 . When I arrived for the extraction everyone seemed surprised that I expected general anesthesia and asked for an additional $479. Apparently they did not request the correct preauthorauthorization from my insurance company so they will not cover any of this amount and I am stuck paying all of it. It seems like the communication between Dr. Escobar, his staff, and his and patients is also pretty limited.

Kingery Linda “Dr. Peace” Dr. Was very nice on consultation visit. He was all business at the procedure, but that is what I wanted and expected. Nursing staff during procedure were caring, and did their job well. Again, not overly friendly. We do not have insurance so it was a hit to the budget but I also expected that. Not that it matters here, but Medicare should cover this!

Crystal Medaris Staff gets 10/10 from me and my son for patient care! Dr C is the best dentist I’ve ever encountered!!! She was extremely knowledgeable and caring. Explained everything in detail. Gave the referral for an orthodontist. Highly recommended!

Shelby Cecil I cant say enough good things about this facility. They are amazing there, I went to get multiple teeth extracted. I was nervous, they made sure I was calm and comfortable before they began anything. They was NO judgment about the way my mouth looked. They felt the need to treat me the way they would want their own family treated, thats exactly what they did. Absolutely amazing staff there.

Zerby Kayla (Kay-Kay) Absolutely the best dentistry Ive ever been to. They are all very nice and compassionate to there guests. They even did me the best solid favor ever by still seeing me on my very first appointment with being 35 minutes late. And every appointment since have been able to get me in early before my actual appointment time due to my transportation getting me there on time/early. They have a very good guest repor as well. They treat everyone with the best care. Ill never change dentists.

Mitchell Uratchko Dr. Sahni is the best of the best. He completely fixed what an "expert" in a different location messed up and was causing me significant pain and agony. Dr. Sahni caught it all, relieved all pain and infections from the other office, and sent me on my way. So thankful for him and his team. Also speaks volumes that he teaches his successful ways at the highest levels to the next realm of endotonists. Amazing

milan cotton Couldn’t recommend Dr. Sahni more!! Getting told you need a root canal is never a fun thing but Dr. Sahni and staff are very knowledgeable, professional, and made the process of getting a root canal very comforting. Definitely will be going back in the future for all future root canals!

Ryan Allen Do not trust this dentist. I went over for a consult and he looked under a microscope at my tooth and said it looked good but he wanted to do a CT to make sure. The CT was 200 dollars and it was guess work from the dentist so I opted for an implant. I went to my oral surgeon and he said there was no way possible to save that tooth and he was very surprised the dentist would even recommend a root canal. This is a "money monster" like the rest of the corporate dental offices and they try to bill for unnecessary procedures to pay for their equipment. Never again!!

Micah Ventura I had a great experience here! Dr. Miron and staff were very warm and welcoming. They listened to my concerns and questions and Dr. Miron is easy to get along with! From meeting Jessie right as you walk in, to being checked in by one of their dental hygienists (Shannon and Taylor took good care of me the couple times I was there), everyone was professional and friendly. Dr. Miron and staff were very thorough with the procedures I needed done (cleaning and a filing I had a week later), and I will definitely be coming back!

Lavana Hawkins I have visited Mitchem Dental for probably close to 20 years. I have ALWAYS received kind friendly care. Every staff person has always strived to put me at ease. The design of the office creates an island of peace within the city with the privacy fences and landscaping. Every dental chair faces a window where all you see is trees, bushes, and birds. Doctor Mitchems calm easy manner is relaxing. I have not met the new dentist, but I trust Dr. Mitchem implicitly. I know how deeply he cares for his patients and therfore I know he would only trust their care to someone who is knowledgeable and kind as well. Each room provides privacy, and yet is not secluded. There is a definite feeling of safety. In fact , when my mother developed dementia she quit brushing her teeth. There was a lapse between when she cared for her own teath and when others cared for her and by then her teeth were in very bad shape. Because of the dementia we were very worried about how she would react to getting in a dental chair and especially having someone put their hands in her mouth with tools. But it was BADLY needed. Staff at Mitchem Dental were extremely patient and kind and got her mouth back to a state of cleanliness we could maintain. Contrary to it be stressful to Mom, she enjoyed her time there. Staff worked with us in every way possible to get this accomplished and it was EXTREMELY helpful and appreciated.

Dale Melton Jessie was very helpful in getting appointment for a tooth to be removed, asked all the right questions and got an appointment within a couple days. Dr Miron explained everything very well, his assistant was very pleasant. Very happy with Mitchem Dental.

Kathy Robinson I am sorry I do not know the name of the office administrator to mention her specifically. She was very gracious about contacting my newish insurance provider to set up that coverage, and said she will see if the insurers will cover my previous visit, since it was within the window of my enrollment with them. (Our retirement dental insurer changed underwriters and we were not aware and did not have new ID cards at the time of my last visit.) Also, the person who cleaned my teeth (again , do not know her name) was very friendly and efficient and did a sparkling job!

Z W Loved them! Starting with talking to Patty on the phone to make an appt, she had paperwork ready and prepared when I arrived and there was no wait! Cassie did an amazing job with my X-rays and cleaning she made me feel comfortable, was very thorough, gentle, and so kind. I felt at ease being there. Dr Patterson was also very nice and you could tell she knew exactly what she was talking about and she was very knowledgeable. There was also no shaming you for not flossing or not coming regularly or trying to find things for you to get done so could pay more money which some offices tend to do. Overall just a great group!

Yuying Zhang Dr Patterson and Dr Parsons are the most caring dentists weve ever had. They are professional and patient. Everyone works in the clinic are friendly and wonderful too. We had great experience with them before we moved out from Champaign . So sorry to hear that the clinic will be closed. Hope this would be temporary and will see you back someday.

michael Rast Dr. Hawa extracted 8 teeth from my upper jaw and did so expertly, that afterwards I felt little to no pain. Amazing dentistry! She fitted me with an upper denture and it is wonderful. I am very pleased that I decided to let Dr. Hawa give me a new set of teeth.

Lori Green This review is coming from someone with severe anxiety, which is doubled when having to go to the dentist. Dr. Hawa is absolutely the best! She immediately made me feel at ease. I had to have a tooth extracted that turned out to be very difficult. Dr. Hawa was so great that I had no pain after the procedure. I didnt even need the pain meds prescribed. I would recommend Dr. Hawa to anyone looking for an honest and compassionate dental provider!
