5 /5 Qinglin Luan: I got my two wisdom teeth removed there, and it was such a pleasant experience! I felt no pain at all during surgery, and the aftercare tools are also very helpful. The doctor, nurses, and staff there are very friendly. Everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend! I had the other two removed somewhere else and had a lot of pain, so I was scared before this surgery. AOMS experience was totally different!! It was such a relief and again, they are so so good!

5 /5 Stevie Nash: Absolutely wonderful wisdom teeth removal procedure today (this is coming from someone with severe dental anxiety). The staff took in my concerns seriously and listened to me for every question and concern i had. They were more than welcome to help a VERY anxious girl out. All the staff I had today were super nice and caring and gentle. I went to sleep and had no issues with pain! Thank you to every single person who was involved in my care. You guys were amazing with my wisdom teeth removal. If youre anxious about your dental work, HIGHLY reccomend! Thank you again!

5 /5 Jessica Smith: My father had a procedure done early this morning. The staff in front were polite and welcoming and he was called back fairly quickly. Dr. Waisaith explained the procedure and made sure my dad understood the steps and was comfortable. Afterwards, Carla did an amazing job of reviewing the procedure with us and next steps including aftercare. She was careful to prescribe an antibiotic that would play nice with others prescriptions and called later in the day to check on him - that was really appreciated!! We would highly recommend everyone visit them!!

5 /5 Ryan L: Dr. Waisath and his staff are professional, compassionate and the best in their field! My dentist referred me to them about removing two teeth that had been damaged by previous radiation treatments. Prior radiation presents a unique set of risks for oral surgery but Dr. Waisath consulted with my radiation oncologist and was able to remove the teeth with no pain and almost no anxiety! They are the very best in their specialty!

5 /5 Michelle Werner: I had some initial reservations about going with this practice, I admit. I felt I had to battle at first at my consultation to be put under because I have a high tolerance against novacane. I felt at first my diagnosis of MS was off-putting to the dental surgeon, but after talking with my family I realized just how much care this practice really DID had for my case for all the questions and care they were doing on their end. My initial surgery date was postponed because a nurse had quit - so that also gave me some hesitation. They contacted my doctors to ensure the procedure I had was safe, and Dr. Waisath even made a joke to lessen tension the morning of the procedure. I felt at ease. I felt everyone truly cared about my experience after all. The practice called me the next day to see how I was feeling, and today (about 5 days) I dont have any pain at the procedure site. I guess I need to look more closely at other practices who didnt take the time to ask me questions about my health prior to receiving anesthesia - I would recommend this practice to others. When I had my wisdom teeth taken out in 2003 by a different practice, they became infected and I had dry socket - the works. This was a completely different (and positive) experience!

C U Smile - Champaign michael Rast: Dr. Hawa extracted 8 teeth from my upper jaw and did so expertly, that afterwards I felt little to no pain. Amazing dentistry! She fitted me with an upper denture and it is wonderful. I am very pleased that I decided to let Dr. Hawa give me a new set of teeth.

Gregory P. Martin, D.D.S., P.C. - Champaign Raynayle Harmon: Dr. Martin is amazing. I had an abscessed tooth; which is why I came to his office. I had been two years without seeing a dentist because of my last dental ordeal. He paid so much attention to the small details after x-rays. Now I have a plan of action, referrals for root canal, and then scheduled return to his office . Additionally, he personally cleaned my teeth. They have not been this white without bleach for at least 15 years. I trust him and his staff. I have also referred my adult children to him. And I will refer anyone who needs professional and thorough dental care. I am looking forward to my next visit to see him.

Patterson & Parsons Family Dentistry - Champaign Kathy Robinson: I am sorry I do not know the name of the office administrator to mention her specifically. She was very gracious about contacting my newish insurance provider to set up that coverage, and said she will see if the insurers will cover my previous visit, since it was within the window of my enrollment with them. (Our retirement dental insurer changed underwriters and we were not aware and did not have new ID cards at the time of my last visit.) Also, the person who cleaned my teeth (again , do not know her name) was very friendly and efficient and did a sparkling job!

Shafer Smiles - Champaign Orthodontist - Champaign Cindy Liu: Dr. Shafer and the entire team are absolutely amazing. Our visit was incredibly welcoming and informative from start to finish. My daughter, who is very sensitive to pain or dental check up, was nervous before her first consultation. However, the staff’s kindness and professionalism quickly put her at ease. Michelle was especially wonderful—she took the time to ask my daughter about her day at school, which really helped her feel comfortable. She also thoroughly educated us about the procedure, making everything easy to understand. Dr. Shafer was equally fantastic, explaining all the available options and being so considerate and patient throughout the visit. My daughter couldn’t stop raving about how nice everyone was, and she left the office feeling confident and excited about the process. It’s clear that patient comfort and care are top priorities here. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience so smooth and positive. Highly recommend.

Champaign Endodontics - Champaign Margaret Ford: I didn’t want to have this root canal done but it was necessary. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t so bad. Much had changed for the better since my last one 25 years ago! Dr. Grote is great and he even called me the next day to see how I was doing. Office people are great too.

Dr. Maughan D. Ramsay, DDS - Champaign Emilia C: I went to Dr. Ramsays office for many years when I lived in Champaign, from ~2010-2017. I always appreciated how punctually and efficiently the office was run, and how easy it was to schedule an appointment. Often you dont fully appreciate a place until time passes and youve had different experiences. Dr. Ramsay did a great job on my fillings as none of them have needed to be redone or replaced with crowns in the past ~10 years. (I cant say the same for the dentist I saw in college -- I ended up needing almost all of his fillings redone just a few years later.) Dr. Ramsays office also never tried to sell me expensive services I didnt need, like crowns on teeth without issues like new cavities or decay (unlike some dentists Ive seen since). I havent been able to find a dental office where I live now that starts my appointment punctually and gets me in and out for routine cleanings and x-rays in an under an hour, like was always the case at Dr. Ramsays office. The pricing was always fair and affordable, even with my low graduate student stipend and not-so-great dental insurance. Overall I highly recommend this office; I was sad to have to switch dentists when I moved away.

Mahomet Family Dentistry - Mahomet Marlene Van Matre: Seen for pain. Was able to get an appointment same day. Problem taken care of in one hour of appointment time. Now pain free and smooth post-op recovery. All very efficient and professional. Dr Martinez is wonderful and very knowledgeable with patient needs and bends over backwards to care for patients quickly.

SmileHealthy - Champaign Campbell Daichi “Chi”: The ONLY reason why I am docking this place 2 stars is the ridiculous wait times, and the fact that they cant keep dentists. But other than that the times I did see them they did an amazing job even with a huge man baby like myself (I have dental anxiety thanks to another dentist at Familia Dental so now getting teeth pulls is a traumatic experience for me and dental anxiety is at an all time high. Gee thanks Familia for giving me this high fear)
