2 /5 Campbell Daichi “Chi”: The ONLY reason why I am docking this place 2 stars is the ridiculous wait times, and the fact that they cant keep dentists. But other than that the times I did see them they did an amazing job even with a huge man baby like myself (I have dental anxiety thanks to another dentist at Familia Dental so now getting teeth pulls is a traumatic experience for me and dental anxiety is at an all time high. Gee thanks Familia for giving me this high fear)

2 /5 Katie Dwyer: came here for an emergency dental appointment for wisdom tooth pain. They told me it was no big deal and dont worry my gum was just irritated from unrelated stuff. Went to another dentist today and she said that i need them out immediately and it is potentially going to damage my teeth. He was nice but gave me completely wrong info!

1 /5 amber kay: Called to make my kids an appointment cause apparently no where accepts Medicaid . I have cancer and cant work . Was told to be more grateful and questioned me on why I didnt call them first cause they clearly accepted my insurance but then tells me no the doctor isnt accepting Medicaid she moved things around to benefit me ... The appointments were 2 hours apart from each other ,cool . I then get told to be more grateful yet again and hung up on !!!

5 /5 Sabrina: I called them when they opened because theyre one of the few places in the Champaign area that take Medicaid and I had a toothache and didnt want to wait weeks-months to get in at Familia and they got me in immediately, the two ladies that I talked to on the phone were so nice. The nurses and the dentist that I saw (I believe it was Elizabeth Brito) were so incredibly nice as well! The process was very smooth and the wait times were very small/normal. The dentist ended up concluding that the roots were dead on one of my teeth and I needed a root canal or to have it pulled. She was very nice about it and told me they could pull it or I could have a root canal done and she gave me a referral for an endodontist because they dont do root canals there. I felt like everyone in there genuinely cared about my issues and health which is more than I can say for most of the dentists that Ive been to over the years in Champaign.

Theron Waisath, DDS - Champaign milan cotton: I just had all three of my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Waisath and Kyle under local anesthesia and I would do it again in a heart beat! All three teeth were taken out so quick with zero pain or discomfort. I was very apprehensive about getting the rest of my wisdom teeth out as I had one taken out before due to it being infected and that process was a nightmare (taken out in a different state). Dr. Waisath and staff were very kind, clear, and professional. They put me at ease from the second I walked in for a consult to the minute I walked out of the procedure. They were very accommodating to all of my last minute changes. As someone who works in dental, I couldn’t recommend their office more! I truly appreciate Dr. Waisath and staff! I am very excited to finally have all of my wisdom teeth out.

Tolono Family Dental - Tolono Alison Jordan-frost: I can not say enough about Tolono Family Dental, my experience has been the very best. The whole staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Im a big baby when it comes to the noise, taste, smell all the things at the dentist, and they have been so understanding and patient with me. I will never go anywhere else for dental anything!

Johnson Larry DDS - Champaign Tara Hohimer: Its a small office with Dr Johnson his wife and a couple hygienist. Everyones super friendly and Dr Johnson is incredibly gentle. I also feel like he doesnt do unnecessary procedures and he really knows his stuff. Ive been going for years and hope he never retires.
