5 /5 milan cotton: I just had all three of my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Waisath and Kyle under local anesthesia and I would do it again in a heart beat! All three teeth were taken out so quick with zero pain or discomfort. I was very apprehensive about getting the rest of my wisdom teeth out as I had one taken out before due to it being infected and that process was a nightmare (taken out in a different state). Dr. Waisath and staff were very kind, clear, and professional. They put me at ease from the second I walked in for a consult to the minute I walked out of the procedure. They were very accommodating to all of my last minute changes. As someone who works in dental, I couldn’t recommend their office more! I truly appreciate Dr. Waisath and staff! I am very excited to finally have all of my wisdom teeth out.

1 /5 bettye wiles: I reposted now 3 times. They delete all the negatives reviews. This was the most awful experience Ive ever had at a dentist. My appt was at 2:30 there till 5. Problems identifying my issues and rushed last hour and blamed me yelled and forcibly tried to give me novicane when i reached up and pulled the toothl out in my hand. NEVER AGAIN!!!

5 /5 Steve Guess: Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed today. The office is very professional and friendly from the moment I walked in. I felt very comfortable with the nurses and Dr. Waisath. I knew they would take good care of me and they did. Highly recommend!

5 /5 W. Jamison (Lasherz): I just wanted to thank this business sincerely as they helped me out when I was going through a pretty hard time caused by Dr. Escobar, who they have no association with. Post-surgery for impacted wisdom-tooth extraction there was nerve damage caused which caused permanent numbness in the right side of my tongue. I called Escobars office and they gas-lit me into thinking it was all normal after weeks of numbness, so for a second opinion I reached out to Dr Waisaths staff and I was treated like a human with valid concerns and I still remember it emotionally 5 years later as a ray of light in a horrible time. Thank you so much for your compassion when it counted.

I’m thankful for his explanation of treatments, thats rare as doctors think we don’t need to know what’s happening. I just completed a root canal therapy and Im very happy with the results!

Promise Healthcare-Frances Nelson - Champaign Averie Keoppel: If you need something urgent, go somewhere else. Im really annoyed because they fit me in for an "emergency exam", took xrays & hurt my tooth for science I guess, then said theyre booked till March & "dont open March scheduling until the second week of February , so call back to make an appointmentin the second week of February", so I had to find another place that actually has appointments for treatment available, and now I have to try to get my records transferred by Monday because I dont want to pay for more xrays I dont need. This shouldnt be this complicated. If you dont have the availability, dont take new or urgent clients. Just yank my dang tooth out and you get paid. You couldnt do that, so now you wont get paid.
