Im really annoyed because they fit me in for an "emergency exam", took xrays & hurt my tooth for science I guess, then said theyre booked till March & "dont open March scheduling until the second week of February , so call back to make an appointmentin the second week of February", so I had to find another place that actually has appointments for treatment available, and now I have to try to get my records transferred by Monday because I dont want to pay for more xrays I dont need.

Not only did she calm my fears during my first visit, but she worked wonders with my four year old son. He had a previous traumatic experience from a pediatric dentist. She made him feel safe and was patient while he was getting a feel for the environment. Dr. Sammons is kind and very explanatory. The other staff is just as great as well. I have always disliked going to the dentist, however, when I started going to CU Dentist in Champaign I did not get any of the nervous feeling that usually follow me into the dentist chair, When Dr, Scott opened up an office in Rantoul, I was very please, and I feel even more at home.
