Im really annoyed because they fit me in for an "emergency exam", took xrays & hurt my tooth for science I guess, then said theyre booked till March & "dont open March scheduling until the second week of February , so call back to make an appointmentin the second week of February", so I had to find another place that actually has appointments for treatment available, and now I have to try to get my records transferred by Monday because I dont want to pay for more xrays I dont need. This shouldnt be this complicated. If you dont have the availability, dont take new or urgent clients. Just yank my dang tooth out and you get paid. You couldnt do that, so now you wont get paid.

1 /5 Vasu Dhananjayan: We visited this location to have a school form signed. However, the doctor informed us that, since Im with a different service provider, they could not sign the form. To add to the frustration, we were also sent a bill for the refused service. Not exactly great service, is it?

1 /5 Brandon Rowe: Tiffany Johnson made zero effort to get to know me while I was there. When it came time to make decisions, rather than ask questions she doubled down on ignorance and prejudice. This situation is made possible by a system that puts a wall of red tape between you and your doctor. A weak doctor makes decisions and then hides behind the system while everyone else deals with the consequences.

2 /5 Nichole Buck: My psychiatrist is great, and I usually have a good experience with front staff. However, as of writing this review, this is the third time this year Ive called to get important medication filled and I get no response from nursing. Im going on day 3 without 3 of my meds and its the weekend now. Its ridiculous to put clients in this position and having clients go through withdrawals. Edit: This is for the Neil st location

Has anyone ever took the time out to consider how saying things out loud in front of other patients could affect another patient for the front desk staff specifically Jessica Russell to say out loud in front of three other patient she’s not supposed to be here she’s rude and she is Being untruthful and to talk negative about a person because you are trying to approve a point and get a reaction out of them is absolutely crazy. This dental office should be one of professionalism and none was shown today. This office has to do better about who they hire their attitude towards the patient and they have to be trustworthy and honest that was just absolutely ridiculous , and it goes to speak to the character of the company if this is the character of the employees She knows that as an African-American woman there’s already an image of being aggressive so whenever a Caucasian woman screams that other people are going to automatically assume something, and she did not take that into consideration before being so disrespectful to try to get me to be aggressive with her so that she could try to prove a point About a phone conversation from over a year ago is absolutely wild. You can’t hire people who hold on beef with patient and go to try to ruin their character. The
