4 /5 Mary Ann Lantigua: The technicians are intentional and attentive to each clients need. They made sure your lips are not dried up with their chapstick right before they do the scans. They provide you toothbrushes as well thats all prep with toothpaste if one needs a quick brush before exams. The doctor is compassionate, caring and looks out and advised for what seem best for your care. Glad that theres an office here in town to give us this kind of care and option.

1 /5 jenevieve carrizales: Staff was always nice and helpful. When I started treatment it was with Dr Chen he left and boy do I miss him. Whoever is currently taking over never introduced himself, was condescending and rude. My retainers didn’t fit well and his response was mean sounding. Showed no concern for them fitting caused my sensitive gums to bleed all over which I’m post partum still healing from the swelling I had in my gums. He didn’t say anything but go see my dentist after he made me bleed so much it got on my face. I am done with treatment. The beginning of my treatment went well until he came barely spent the time to explain things saw me for a few second. Dr Chen was a gem and I miss having him as my orthodontist. Will not be recommending Smile doctors to anyone based on my final experience.

2 /5 Patty Stclair: My daughter said it was nice and friendly. her appointment was canceled for Thursday in charleston cause of weather we didnt get until they closed told person i talked to her appointment needed to be before in charleston the 25th to get wires our for her cleaning on the 25th was promised it would be for charleston NOPE she had to go to champaign on 3/21 to get wires out

A friend recommended me to Dr.Lodhi. skeptical and out of pain decided to visit her. My perception changed. A very honest, down to earth dentist with genuine care for her patient and love for her profession. She helped me thorughly until.i got back to my own Dentist. I wish i had her permanently as my own dentist. Too bad for me but people.of Chicago and suburbs you have a great dentist and I highly recommend!!! .

I’m thankful for his explanation of treatments, thats rare as doctors think we don’t need to know what’s happening. I just completed a root canal therapy and Im very happy with the results!

Promise Healthcare-Frances Nelson - Champaign Averie Keoppel: If you need something urgent, go somewhere else. Im really annoyed because they fit me in for an "emergency exam", took xrays & hurt my tooth for science I guess, then said theyre booked till March & "dont open March scheduling until the second week of February , so call back to make an appointmentin the second week of February", so I had to find another place that actually has appointments for treatment available, and now I have to try to get my records transferred by Monday because I dont want to pay for more xrays I dont need. This shouldnt be this complicated. If you dont have the availability, dont take new or urgent clients. Just yank my dang tooth out and you get paid. You couldnt do that, so now you wont get paid.

Urbana Family Dental - Urbana Green Yoga Spa: Dr Sadie is very thorough and patient. She will ask if you have any more questions before letting you go. She can give you a referral, if needed. The dental hygienist assistants are always very good even though I seem to get a different person each time. She has always been kind thorough and efficient. They took my dental insurance. I would highly recommend this professional dental facility. It is well run and easy to schedule or reschedule.

Sammons Bruce G DDS - Champaign Breanna Zimmerman: Dr. Sammons and his staff go above and beyond! Amanda is truly a gem. Not only did she calm my fears during my first visit, but she worked wonders with my four year old son. He had a previous traumatic experience from a pediatric dentist. She made him feel safe and was patient while he was getting a feel for the environment. Dr. Sammons is kind and very explanatory. The other staff is just as great as well. I will recommend again and again!

CU Dentist, LTD Rantoul - Rantoul Patty Graham: I just had me teeth cleaned in Rantoul during my lunch break. I staff was very easy to work with and I felt very comfortable with Dr. Scott. I have always disliked going to the dentist, however, when I started going to CU Dentist in Champaign I did not get any of the nervous feeling that usually follow me into the dentist chair, When Dr, Scott opened up an office in Rantoul, I was very please, and I feel even more at home. Thank you Dr. Scoot, Mrs., Birch and the rest of the staff.

They have a number of processes in place to keep me and my children safe while they cleaned our teeth and conducted our exams. I would HIGHLY recommend this office.

Dr Paul the Dentist - Taylorville Nicole Thompson: Dr. Paul and his staff are great. I was in the worst pain. I came in as a walk in. I thought I would have to wait for a long time and was willing to but they got we right in. this staff was so very kind and and professional. they took great care of me. Dr. Paul was very quick and pull my 2 teeth and explained everything. I am normally scared of the dentist but this office made me very comfortable . I would recommend to everyone and take my family to them.
