Im really annoyed because they fit me in for an "emergency exam", took xrays & hurt my tooth for science I guess, then said theyre booked till March & "dont open March scheduling until the second week of February , so call back to make an appointmentin the second week of February", so I had to find another place that actually has appointments for treatment available, and now I have to try to get my records transferred by Monday because I dont want to pay for more xrays I dont need.
This shouldnt be this complicated.
If you dont have the availability, dont take new or urgent clients. Just yank my dang tooth out and you get paid. You couldnt do that, so now you wont get paid.
