5 /5 Vicki Bruns Mills: My husband and I are both very grateful to have found Ault and Massey Family Dentisty several years ago. We are both far along in life so have each experienced a number of dentists over the years. Neither of has had a better experience than with this dental practice, but some of that experience has been quite worse. Everything, including the large pleasant office, the friendly and expert staff and the expert dental treatment is just first rate. We always feel we are in the best hands possible with people who truly care.

5 /5 Donna Mayer: Every visit with Dr. Ault and his staff has been professional, friendly and I feel like I am receiving excellent care and a treatment plan that is specifically tailored for me to have the best outcome for my oral health.

4 /5 Dianne Horton: The staff up front was pleasant and helpful as always. The hygienist was very nice. I forgot her name. Dr. Massey was very pleasant Time spent there was fast and no long wait.

1 /5 Josh Norman: Called to get my fiancés chipped tooth fixed and scheduled an appointment. During her appointment I was told instead she was scheduled for an entrance exam. I was never told they do not accept emergency visits when I scheduled which is what the manager told me today, who continued to argue with me on the phone. If I had known they do not accept emergency appointments I would have scheduled my appointment with hessel park because they do accept emergency visits, it makes zero sense why I would have scheduled an appointment here if she was not going to be treated. The manager proceeded to then walk into the dentist room with my fiance and staff in there and try to dismiss her, after I said on the phone to not dismiss her and see what the dr said. This resulted in making my fiance who was already in pain, embarrassed. Very unprofessional, unhelpful, and incompetent front desk staff.
