5 /5 Kathy Robinson: I am sorry I do not know the name of the office administrator to mention her specifically. She was very gracious about contacting my newish insurance provider to set up that coverage, and said she will see if the insurers will cover my previous visit, since it was within the window of my enrollment with them. (Our retirement dental insurer changed underwriters and we were not aware and did not have new ID cards at the time of my last visit.)
Also, the person who cleaned my teeth (again , do not know her name) was very friendly and efficient and did a sparkling job!
