5 /5 Thomas Scott: Had a dental emergency, a broken tooth, on Sunday evening. Called Hans family Dentist first thing Monday morning. They told me to come in and they would fit me in. I went over and by 10:00 I was home with the tooth repaired! Responsive and professional describes them to a "T"!

5 /5 Patricia Mercer: Staff is always friendly and efficient. Amber made me feel very comfortable and explained everything before she did it. They have state of the art equipment that can detect if you have a narrow airway and if you would need further evaluation for snoring or sleep apnea. I found this surprisingly helpful. Dr. Hans is also very friendly and gentle.

Aspen Dental - Champaign, IL - Champaign Marlene Van Matre: This review is written for my husband Dave since he does not use computers. This is the best experience I have ever had at a dental office in my entire life. Everyone was so kind, welcoming and concerned about my needs. It’s wonderful seeing all getting along well as a team and making patients their priority. Dr Phillip is down to earth, very personable, professional and explained everything regarding my dental health truthfully, easy to understand language for non-medical patient that I am. I will stick with Aspen Dental in Champaign, IL and encourage all to switch there if their insurance covers.

Affinity Family Dental Champaign - Champaign Crystal Medaris: Staff gets 10/10 from me and my son for patient care! Dr C is the best dentist I’ve ever encountered!!! She was extremely knowledgeable and caring. Explained everything in detail. Gave the referral for an orthodontist. Highly recommended!

We are both far along in life so have each experienced a number of dentists over the years. Neither of has had a better experience than with this dental practice, but some of that experience has been quite worse. Everything, including the large pleasant office, the friendly and expert staff and the expert dental treatment is just first rate. We always feel we are in the best hands possible with people who truly care.

As it turns out I had to cancel the extraction because of a pre-existing condition, but my interactions to this point were all pleasant and professional. All lf the personal I interacted with were helpful, and the dentist was responsive to my concerns.

Dr. Thomas E. Standley, DMD - Champaign Liza Lilly: I deeply regret my experience with Dr Standley and wish I had sought a second opinion before proceeding with treatment. After moving, I saw this dentist for a checkup and was told I needed seven fillings, even though my previous dentist had only recommended monitoring two areas. Trusting their judgment, I went ahead with the work. After the fillings were placed, I experienced persistent dental pain. It hurt to bite down, floss, and even eat moderately cool foods —something as simple as room-temperature toothpaste became painful. I returned multiple times hoping for relief, but only minor adjustments, such as polishing, were made, and the discomfort never fully went away. The dismissive attitude towards pain and the note that messed up fillings are normal mirrors the experience of other patients on other review sites. Years later, I finally decided to switch dentists after living with ongoing pain. My new dentist noted that one of the most painful fillings might not be possible to fix due to its size and that another had a shadow near the nerve, meaning I may now need a root canal ("Doesnt it hurt?" my new dentist asked, surprised. "The other ones hurt more" I replied). I cant help but wonder if some of these fillings were unnecessary in the first place. I wish I had questioned the extent of the treatment before agreeing to it, as I am now dealing with chronic dental pain and uncertainty about my health. I may never be able to enjoy food without pain again, and I’m deeply worried about what my future holds in terms of dental work and discomfort. I’m sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions about their own dental care and hopefully avoid what Im going through.

Affiliates in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery - Champaign Qinglin Luan: I got my two wisdom teeth removed there, and it was such a pleasant experience! I felt no pain at all during surgery, and the aftercare tools are also very helpful. The doctor, nurses, and staff there are very friendly. Everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend! I had the other two removed somewhere else and had a lot of pain, so I was scared before this surgery. AOMS experience was totally different!! It was such a relief and again, they are so so good!

C U Smile - Champaign michael Rast: Dr. Hawa extracted 8 teeth from my upper jaw and did so expertly, that afterwards I felt little to no pain. Amazing dentistry! She fitted me with an upper denture and it is wonderful. I am very pleased that I decided to let Dr. Hawa give me a new set of teeth.
