Andi Morris: If youre looking for a great dental practice, I absolutely recommend Twin City Dental. Due to a number of circumstances, I had missed some necessary routine dental care and was really nervous to return to the dentist. I shouldnt have worried. From the front desk staff to my extremely knowledgeable (and gentle!) hygienist to Dr Todd himself, I was in kind, warm, professional, and patient hands. At no point was I shamed for missing care, only commended for coming back now. I got some great tips on ways to make care at home easier and more effective, had a careful and thorough checkup, and a referral for an issue that had been dismissed in the past. I appreciated the doctors perspective of just getting it checked out out of an abundance of caution, but also the reassurance that it had been stable for several years and was probably not a worry. Overall, a very well run office with a very personal feel. I felt I got honest and straightforward care. It made returning to the dentist an easy routine to pick back up.

I have a back tooth that is infected and causing pain in not only my mouth my my whole face radiates.. I waited months appointment to just pull the one tooth so the severe pain will stop. Asked if I could be a few minutes late for my appointment NEXT WEEK and she literally said “oh that sucks, hope everything works out for you.” I love Dr Kelly so much and she recommended me this dentist office but I will would rather pull the tooth out myself and go to the hospital then try and make another appointment with chestnut dental!!!!! So irritating that I’m in so much pain and they don’t care.

Sarah Sroka: My children see Dr. Hall and he is great with them. My daughter had to have general anesthesia for some work when she was 3 because of her unwillingness to sit in the chair. He has been nothing but patient, even when she screams for a cleaning. Well his patience paid off because yesterday, at 6 years old, she sat in the chair to repair her chipped tooth in the front. He explains everything in a kid friendly way. I can’t thank him and his assistants enough! :)
