870fefe My son (7yrs) needed a spacer removed immediately due to not fitting properly in his mouth. He couldnt even close his jaw all the way because it was ripping up the inside of his mouth causing an immense amount of discomfort and pain. He couldnt even eat without crying. He had only had the spacer for 2 days and while we tried to give it a chance, he cried with it. His dentist office didnt have any dentist available on Fridays and non on call to help him. My dentist office was closed. I called 5 to 6 didnt local offices for help and no one was able to assist my son or didnt want to attempt to because they were too booked up. Knowing we were going into a weekend, as a mother, I was so upset knowing the pain my little boy was in and i couldbt help him, I was at a loss. Small town dental on Fourth in Morton was so compassionate in taking my call and understanding the stress in my voice and my son needed this hardware out immediately. The front desk ladies who were absolutely amazing, put me on hold to speak with the dentist. She wasnt certain she could help my son but was willing to have him come in and take a look. Mind you, this was something she had not dont before but was willing to help us the best she could. I rushed there with him and between the dental assistant and the dentist, they got that hardware out of his mouth in a matter of minutes. The smile on my sons face and relief in his eyes was amazing. I am so thankful for them and what they did for us. I would recommend this dental office to anyone and everyone. They are good people and I owe them so much. He has been back to himself this weekend. A happy, rambunctious little boy. Thank you Small Town dental from my family!

Joan Rice Dr Katy extremely professional and caring in her treatment approach, as was her assistant, Kelsey. Dr Katy gives a thorough explanation of procedures, and fields questions and concerns with ease. She is outstanding in her field! If the dental world had more “Dr Katy’s” folks wouldn’t be afraid to go to the dentist!

Trisha Kaluza Hygentist was great, but had to wait 20-25 minutes bc the dentist came to work late. And all just for her to walk, in poke each tooth, turn my tongue and say everything looks great. If you schedule 8 am apts, the dentist should be there soon after so everyone else can get to their jobs.

Kayla Davis After 20 years- my front tooth filling came off on Wednesday. When called in to get an appointment, they got me right in on Friday morning. The appointment took less than 40 minutes total, but Dr. didn’t skimp on quality! He was meticulous in making sure it was even and genuinely cared about my comfort and experience. My tooth looks great and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve been a lifelong patient of the Detroit office and I don’t plan on switching any time soon.

Jessica Davis This office easily deserves five stars! They will try their best to work with Your schedule. The staff are all very friendly and quick. Lauren did an awesome job explaining everything when I had my teeth Cleaned. My four year-old daughter loves coming here to get her teeth cleaned and that’s not something every parent can say! Dr. Molly is so genuine, caring and amazing at her job. I’d recommend her to anyone!

Michael Curley I am a new patient and everyone made the process easy and fast. Both appointments were great, I was seen right away and staff was so nice. Alicia was my dental hygienist and she did an amazing job. She was super nice and made sure to explain everything. Dr. Kutkat was so nice as well!

Angi Dault I have recently had some severe tooth pain. It was after hours for the office but I was able to get in at 9:00 am the very next day! The office is always so helpful at the front desk and my hygienist, Angie is always so kind and caring. Dr. Steven Dickey and his parter are both wonderful dentists.

Sammy McJunkin This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to several dental offices who worsened my dental anxiety and I felt rushed through my appointments, but everyone at Total Dental Care is friendly and patient. Dr. Dickey is knowledgeable and so are all the dental assistants, hygienists, and receptionists. Everyone is welcoming and personable. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Rohban Zahid I used to dread the dentist like cats dread bathtubs… until I met Dr. Owais. The man is part dentist, part wizard, part stand-up comedian. One minute I’m getting a root canal, the next I’m laughing so hard I forget there’s a drill in my mouth. He has the magical ability to make you feel calm while also wielding instruments that look like medieval torture devices. Somehow, I left the office with a cleaner mouth and a six-pack from laughing. Also, his flossing guilt trips are so persuasive I now floss like it’s a competitive sport. 10/10 would let him poke around my mouth again.

Ashlynn Lippert $25 charge for calling to reschedule an appointment as my 7 year old child came home sick from school the day of my appointment and I had no available to watch a child with a 102 fever so I could come to my appointment. Paid it anyways and made another appointment, just my luck the same thing happened. It’s like they forget most people don’t know they’re sick until…you know…the day they get sick. I decided I’m just going to find a new private dentist. Such a shame what they’ve done to the place, miss when Dr Dutz was still around Sick of getting screwed by the corporation that is Smalltown Dental, their pediatric office in Morton is an even bigger scam. Don’t take your kids there unless you want to pay thousands for unnecessary dental work.

Dr. Durshanapalli was extra sensitive to my needs and helped overcome my anxiety and fears. And it helped that he has a great staff including Sammijo and Nicole that make it a pleasant experience!

Sarah Darling-Robinson Do not go here! For so many reasons! First Ill start with how unprofessional they are. I was there one day for an appointment in a packed waiting room. All the sudden there is yelling and arguing. Im thinking a patient is unhappy. Nope. Police show up. Reception tells us all we will be called in for a reschedule, but they have to close today. The two dentist had an argument apparently that was bad enough to have police come. Second, there is rumor that most the people working there are not certified dental hygenist. They are trained there in the job. I can not confirm this, but from experience I believe it. Third, my sister and husband had X-rays and cleaning done, and told they had no cavities. They found this not to be true weeks later at another dentist. How they missed the cavities on the X-ray is beyond me. I did not have a good experience here. I got dental replacements, and am so unhappy with them. I felt like there was no option to demand corrections. I plan on finding another dentist to fix my problem. I do not recommend this place.

Jenna Martin When I learned Dr. Erika started her own practice, I immediately switched to keep her as my dentist and have loved the experience at Vibrant Smiles. I happen to chip my front teeth a lot, and she is the only cosmetic dentist I’ll let near my teeth! She doesn’t even need to hand me the mirror when she’s done - I know it will look perfect. Love her team and would recommend them highly!

Jason Vogel If you need a great dentist who is thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced then you should make an appt with Dr. Grimm. The entire staff is pleasant and kind. The office is always clean and sanitary. I know when I get an exam I am going to walk away confident she didn’t miss anything and all the work she had ever done for me has been successful and reasonably priced compared to other dentists.

Dana Bell Ive been going to Dr. Andris twice a year for at least 4 years now and am only upset that I havent gone sooner! Dr. Andris is very informative and willing to answer any questions, but also quick and to the point. Shannon regularly cleans my teeth and is very gentle around my gums and my two permanent retainers. The whole experience is smooth and everyone is always so nice!

Scott Bloom Dr. Flanigan and his staff are wonderful. Ive NEVER liked going to the dentist in the past, but I have been seeing Dr. Flanigan for about 3 years now and my apprehensions have subsided. Dr. Flanigan takes the time to explain what he is doing, and asks how Im feeling while hes working. Im enjoying the results of having healthy teeth and knowing that I dont have to worry when I "go in for repairs". I have had multiple cavities fixed, 2 root canals, and all of it has been great (and painless)

N Rodgers Dr. Merheb is the best at what he does in the central Illinois area. He did all 3 of my children’s wisdom teeth and made it smooth sailing. I also had an eyebrow lift by him and it has lasted for years! Go to the website and go get a consultation!

Judy Cooksey Youre in good hands with Dr. Merheb and his staff. My son had his wisdom teeth out this summer, and I recently had an extraction. He is an accomplished surgeon. Neither of us have felt any pain, and we were in and out of there quickly. Would highly recommend Merheb Surgical Arts.

Brianna Trapper I would highly recommend Dr Merheb and his team to my friends and family for wisdom tooth removal. I have never had any dental work done (other than regular cleaning) and I have never been under IV sedation. I was extremely nervous but Dr Merheb and his team’s confidence and comforting words eased my anxiety and surely made the surgery go as well as it did. I felt at ease immediately before the sedation and it was like I blinked and the surgery was over. They gave me clear instructions and everything I would need for my recovery. I spoke with Katie multiple times about insurance, payments, and any concerns I had multiple times over the days leading up to my surgery. She was always very helpful and friendly. I don’t know of anyone who enjoys getting dental work done but this provider made the overall experience as painless and stress free as possible.

The front desk staff are very helpful with insurance questions and scheduling. The doctor is knowledgeable and open about what you have going on. And the assistants are equally as friendly and dont make things awkward when cleaning your teeth. I would highly recommend this dentist office!!

He makes sure you understand why certain things are recommended and is honest if he thinks something is not needed. Scheduling is very easy, too. Cant recommend this dentist enough.

He is personable and caring and so is his father Dr. Mark. The entire staff are always smiling and friendly. When Dr. Brian gives a numbing shot, I cannot even feel it. That shows that he takes extra care and time to make his patients more comfortable.

Michael Ive been to a few dentists, its always about getting you in and out. There is never someone to explain anything to you, what to expect, how to prevent it. However, when I started coming here it all changed. They show you how to improve your technique, what youre doing wrong and right, they guide you and teach you. To me that makes for a much better experience. I would definitely recommend to check them out. Especially if youre not a big fan of dentists, I think you will appreciate them even more.
