Trista, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure I felt at ease throughout my visit. Though the process of getting x-rays isnt the most enjoyable, Trista made it as comfortable as possible. She took the time to carefully explain every step ahead of time, calming any anxious feelings I had, and her gentle, thoughtful approach truly made a difference. She built such a wonderful rapport with me, ensuring I felt completely cared for. After the x-rays, she personally guided me to the next room, reassuring me that I would see her again before I left. I then had the privilege of meeting Iris, my fantastic hygienist, who was incredibly thorough and explained each tool and step in the cleaning process with such care. She frequently checked in on me and made sure my teeth were cleaned to perfection, leaving them feeling silky smooth – I’ve never had a more thorough cleaning! Dr. Van greeted me with kindness, offering valuable advice on enamel wear prevention and tailored oral care tips. The entire team, from the front desk to the back rooms, made me feel welcome, included, and genuinely cared for. It’s clear that this dentistry truly values its patients, and I can’t thank this team enough for making my visit so memorable. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!

Monique Lew All I can say is that everyone at this location, from the front desk to the dental assistants and our Dr. ♡, is simply the best. We have been coming for the past 3 years, and at first my son was a bit scared, and we have had treatment done, and with every child its hard, but all I can say is that they really are so nice and amazing. My son absolutely loves all the girls that have helped over the past years with his xrays, and during procedures, and the I love that the Dr. is very detailed straightforward and to the point. Dr Ameidi is the best, always very kind and really does fantastic work. I have had much needed work done on my teeth over the years, implants, crowns, fillings, and am very happy with the final results. I am proud of my smile now, and as a senior that is very important to me. Dental health is vital for my overall health, I am glad I found Delaney Dental.

Ms. Malissa Maisonet Horrible Service. The office manager is the worst one. No Empathy, no compassion. My daughter has been a patient with them since a minor. She just turned 18 in March 2024 but is a College student and is still being carried under my insurance. They immediately put me out of the room because she was 18 by the time I was able to come back in they had already had her sign a treatment plan before she even talked to the Dentist and of course she couldn’t repeat anything they had just told her. She was referred to a specialist for a root canal. Went to the specialist and my daughter paid $367 out of pocket and it hurt to bad so they never even did the root canal. Told her she would have to go back to her dentist to have it pulled. She scheduled another appointment with Family Dental for the extraction. Only to show up and be told she had to pay $155 up front because they were not able to verify her insurance. She asked them why they couldn’t verify it right then and they told her it would take time. I came in an asked the same thing and the office manager told me because she has other patients…….Huh? The office was complexly empty besides us and one patient that was in the chair. She also got mad because we wouldn’t take that answer and started acting like I was treating the office staff bad and asked me to lower my voice like I was yelling. She also suggested that we find somewhere to else to go and we did exactly THAT!!! And had no issues by the way. I have filed a complaint with both my insurance companies and DO NOT recommend that you come here. It such a shame because Dr. Villa really is a very sweet man.

Jobita Alvarez My first appointment was last week, and I was immediately impressed by the friendly and helpful staff at reception. Anabel was particularly great at assisting me with my insurance and scheduling an appointment for the next day. I’ve been diagnosed with anxiety, and I shared this with the team. They were incredibly professional and attentive throughout the appointment, making sure I felt comfortable and at ease. Estrella was particularly reassuring and checked in on me regularly, while Dr. Jose was incredibly respectful and knowledgeable. I was in there for almost 2 hours and the whole time I was informed about every step and how my insurance was involved and making sure I agreed with everything being performed. That same day I booked an appointment for my husband because they are absolutely amazing at what they do! Everyone seems to speak fluent Spanish and English so if you are a Spanish speaker, no se preocupe aquí lo atienden bien y en español! 10 of 10 recommend!

John Kelley I lost 3/4 of my molar and my wife called the office and Kim was able to get me in immediately. Dr. Fulton was able to save the tooth after a full hour appointment. Have enjoyed Fulton & Fulton for over 30 years for their professionalism and caring practice. Everyone there seems like family to us.

This office is insurance-friendly, and practices the best hygiene and sanitation protocols. Fulton Family Dental Ltd is top notch and I wish I could give them 10 stars! Well, I have been a "happy pain-free dental coward" ever since. So glad I found them at age 23 and at age 67, I will not go to anyone else.

And I also love the fact that he offers a musical selection just to kind of relax your mind while youre going through your dental procedure. C Dr. H is the best dentist I have ever encountered. He is very straightforward, is so kind and considerate and takes the time to answer every silly question I have and provides reassurance in any doubt or concern I have had. The office is equipped with the highest dental technology I have ever encountered. The detailed scans provide a view of my teeth that I have never been able see and it’s provided clarity, understanding and gave me a real grasp on my overall dental health. Even while having a “scary” procedure (extractions) Dr. H ensured I was comfortable and as relaxed as possible. The team has been able to assist in every concern or thought I have had since the procedure and the patience of not only Dr. H but the entire staff is the best of the best and truly has made me feel as a cared for patient. Could not recommend this office more, I am so grateful someone was able to refer me here.

Amy Kite I am a very nervous patient with ultra sensitive teeth and stress. I had a back molar unexpectedly break, and they were able to get me in promptly to assess the problem and schedule the crown I needed to have done. The staff was very accommodating to make sure I had no discomfort or feeling while the process was going on. They were quick and efficient and my new crown is great. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

Rae Winter This business is good other than 1 problem I always have with this location. The flexibility of scheduling appointments isnt there. You always have to go with their schedule (which by the way you have to make in appt in advance) and if it doesnt work out for you, then the next time will be 6 months or 8 months from the day of cancellation. My experience today was ridiculous!! They cancelled my appointment because the hygienist called and sick. I understand this type of thing happens but when I was asking to reschedule, the time was very limited. Take note that this is 30 minutes before my actual appointment, not even a 24 hr notification! 2 timeframes were given to me and unfortunately it didnt work out on my end. I was told that the next appointment will be in February. My jaw just dropped and quite frankly I was very upset. I just had it with this business. They are not accommodating. You always have to go with their timeframe. In my opinion, if they cant even accommodate their current customers, then they should NOT accept any additional business. It is crazy!

And then when you try and cancel you can’t seem to get in contact with anyone who is competent. They talk over you and refuse to let you get your message across. I’ll NEVER recommend them to anyone.

When I arrived, I find the office is closed and when I called their number, someone answered and told me they are closed on Fridays. What??How did they make the appointment?

Tierra P Would not recommend. I had to switch dentists because of the negligence from both the dentist and the assistants at this place. When I went in for simple cleaning, I left with my teeth bleeding. Not once did the dentist and assistant acknowledge my concerns. They just giggled. I never had a cleaning with such roughness. Dr. Chikhara is the only dentist here with some sense. I should sue.

Robinson William “Wisely Seeking Eye” The dentist was great. The receptionist was friendly. The assistant could have been a bit more engaging. I was sitting in the dentist chair just waiting without being told what she was doing. I guess there was a problem with the computer but was not told until I was moved to another room. However, she wasnt mean or anything the like. Update!!!!!! I guess because I made a comment about the assistant cause the deep cleaning I was scheduled to have to be submitted twice mysteriously Which cause my insurance to deny the request for treatment. The dentist office never called acknowledging the so called mistake even though my insurance company said they made the dentist aware of the "mistake". Smelling like a little discrimination to me. I even gave them 4 stars at first. Guess that wasnt enough.

Moore S (Sam) I have been coming to this office for years and have not had any problems, until now. I have had my partial denture for over 25 years no problems with that one, but it was made by a different dentist, so I decided it was time to get a new partial. I did receive it on time, but every time I put it in mouth it rubbed against my gums really bad and it was painful, putting it in and taking it out. My gums were very sore and swollen. When I went back in and complained hoping the dentist could fit it, all he did was scrap something off the inside and said I had to just get use to putting it in and taking it out a certain way. It’s like he wanted my gums to be bleed before he would do anything to fix it. It hurt so bad it caused me anxiety just thinking about putting it in my mouth. I spent over $2,800 with insurance for this partial that causes my gums to swell, and is constantly painful. So, no I will not give this dentist a good review. I just wasted my money, because I will not put it back in my mouth. Never get a partial from them. Yes fix my partial, maybe there was a reason the other dentist made the gums part of the partial so big so it would go over my gums. Instead of hitting my gums in the wrong place.

LiZ Nava When I had to reschedule my son and I appointment in 6 months, I said I wanted our appointments back to back. The receptionist thought it was a great idea to schedule us at the same time in separate rooms, but I said no I prefer we are in the same room because my son was 3 years old and would be 4 by next appointment. I don’t care who it is, I’m not leaving my son (a minor) to go through his dental session without my supervision. Do I have to explain that he is so small, the reason he behaves so calmly is because I am there with him. Today I went in for our appointments and they still tried to separate us in different rooms after I already explained when I made the appointment that I want us in the same room. This time I had my newborn with me. While I was getting my teeth cleaned, the other lady waiting to clean my son’s teeth started touching my baby saying she wanted her pacifier. My baby only making noises and babbles, not crying, she was fine. Then it sounded like she wanted to pick up my baby from my stroller saying she is hot in her coat. I couldn’t relax getting my teeth cleaned until she left the room. Do I need to explain, hey don’t touch other peoples newborn without parents permission! I know when my baby needs me, this is why I insist on keeping my kids with me because I can’t trust any adult.

Mueller Alec Great place. We’re able to accommodate me and get me right in for the dental work needed in order to have cardiac surgery. I felt safe with them. Felt zero pain during the operation. Penny is an excellent communicator and always gets back to you in a timely fashion. Highly recommended.

Roxana Martinez My family has been coming to Douglas Dental for more than 5+ years now. At this point the Karen & Maria are like family. They walk me through every procedure either my self or my kids need. They are so flexible with my appointments & if I ever need an emergency appointment they are great at getting me in. Plus with having so many kids in the office they both are very helpful at keeping them busy while I’m with another child or even getting seen myself. Love them both & im so glad they are still there till this day!! I recommend my entire family here & this place is highly recommended + kid friendly!! What better place to ask for!!

Kat Ive been taking my kids here for years. When we have an appointment we show up and they automatically get seen. The longest wait time I have experienced is 15 mins. Which isnt a bad wait time for the dentist. Everyone in the office is respectful and tends to my kids needs. Ill continue to bring my kids here because of the staff.

Anonymous I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. She changed the filling in the tooth NEXT to the one I complained about causing me a lot of pain and discomfort due to extreme sensitivity that was not there before. When I went for a follow-up she didnt even have the integrity to own her mistake and apologize. She fixed my bite on two teeth, causing me discomfort and further issues with my bite in other areas of my mouth. When I brought it up she said she doesnt want to make any other changes and that I can get a second opinion from a specialist if Id like. So basically she has caused me all new issues with my teeth and then sent me to someone else to deal with them. Will never come back to this place as this doctor clearly does not care about patients or their teeth. The way she injected the anesthetic made my jaw hurt for about a week after a visit, and the way she polished my teeth after putting filling/adjusting bite made them feel really rough which I never experienced before at any other dentist, leading me to believe that either the skill and/or equipment used is definitely not at the good quality level. I also mentioned pretty bad pain that I had earlier in another tooth lasting for a while until I stopped chewing on that side completely, but apparently it didnt matter at all as she said theres only a little darker area on the x-ray and otherwise it looks fine so theres nothing to do. The office itself is nice and staff is polite but unfortunately thats about all the good things I have to say about this dentistry.
