5 /5 Roxana Martinez: My family has been coming to Douglas Dental for more than 5+ years now. At this point the Karen & Maria are like family. They walk me through every procedure either my self or my kids need. They are so flexible with my appointments & if I ever need an emergency appointment they are great at getting me in. Plus with having so many kids in the office they both are very helpful at keeping them busy while I’m with another child or even getting seen myself. Love them both & im so glad they are still there till this day!! I recommend my entire family here & this place is highly recommended + kid friendly!! What better place to ask for!!

5 /5 Elizabeth Rangel: Love this office. I’ve been coming here with my 2 kids ,nephews and step kids for 6+ years. Karen always keeps us inform when appointments are due. She’s Always ready to help. She guides us around and works efficiently. I give the office a 10/10 thanks to her.

4 /5 Kat: Ive been taking my kids here for years. When we have an appointment we show up and they automatically get seen. The longest wait time I have experienced is 15 mins. Which isnt a bad wait time for the dentist. Everyone in the office is respectful and tends to my kids needs. Ill continue to bring my kids here because of the staff.

1 /5 Denise Arévalo Nieto: DON’T go to this dentist if you’re African American. You’ll be treated with bare minimum of respect. will have no patient privacy or any discretion whatsoever. The “dental office manager “ or whoever runs the front desk will disregard your concern & every law in place for patient privacy and security. I will definitely be reporting this place to department of health and human services for HIPPA violations & discrimination. Horrible customer service if you’re not Hispanic American. the only defense the manager will have is that they’re paying customers. GREED & extremely facile WORST KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE 1.5 stars on yelp it’s truly deserved!

5 /5 Maxine Mejia: I recommend Douglas Dental Center to my family & friends. Everyone there is nice & welcoming. I bring my 5 kids there for Dental & Orthodontics care. Maria the Receptionist is always nice & a great help when you need to find a Specialist. If they cant do a procedure there but the majority of the time they can do them at the facility. Maria accommodates you with an appointment time and day that works best for you. Other facilities will give you an appointment time that works best for them. I am a new mom to Orthodontics for my 15yr old and my daughter loves her Orthodontist.

Martha E. Diaz, D.D.S., P.C. - Waukegan Martha Julia Ramirez: I have been going to Dr. Diaz my entire life and can confidently say that she does a fantastic job! The facility is always clean and I am always greeted with the kindest welcome. The staff is always willing to help, answer questions and extremely accommodating.

Ashley Family Dental - Waukegan Anonymous: I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. She changed the filling in the tooth NEXT to the one I complained about causing me a lot of pain and discomfort due to extreme sensitivity that was not there before. When I went for a follow-up she didnt even have the integrity to own her mistake and apologize. She fixed my bite on two teeth, causing me discomfort and further issues with my bite in other areas of my mouth. When I brought it up she said she doesnt want to make any other changes and that I can get a second opinion from a specialist if Id like. So basically she has caused me all new issues with my teeth and then sent me to someone else to deal with them. Will never come back to this place as this doctor clearly does not care about patients or their teeth. The way she injected the anesthetic made my jaw hurt for about a week after a visit, and the way she polished my teeth after putting filling/adjusting bite made them feel really rough which I never experienced before at any other dentist, leading me to believe that either the skill and/or equipment used is definitely not at the good quality level. I also mentioned pretty bad pain that I had earlier in another tooth lasting for a while until I stopped chewing on that side completely, but apparently it didnt matter at all as she said theres only a little darker area on the x-ray and otherwise it looks fine so theres nothing to do. The office itself is nice and staff is polite but unfortunately thats about all the good things I have to say about this dentistry.

Greenbay Family Dental - North Chicago melissa blanchard: I was running late because I had car trouble and they were gracious enough to try to switch my appointment with someone else unfortunately that other person could not switch and I was able to make other accommodations to get there to my appointment on time so that I can be seen. Doctor is always very engaging and very polite and nice I love when I go to see him and he has the best demeanor and is very honest about my dental care. And I also love the fact that he offers a musical selection just to kind of relax your mind while youre going through your dental procedure. Glad I found him I recommend everyone be a patient at Green Bay dental.

Forest North Dental - Lake Bluff Jill H: I am a relatively new patient (4 visits) of Dr. Anderson and can say unequivocally that he is the best dentist whom I have ever had. He is highly knowledgable, patiently, conscientious, honest, and explains dental issues and treatment alternatives thoroughly and comprehensively. I have 100% confidence in Dr. Anderson as a medical professional and would (and will) recommend him to anyone. Additionally, the office staff (Gigi) and my dental technician Nada at Forest North Dental are kind, friendly and helpful.

Libertyville Dental Associates - Libertyville Linda Holmes: I drive from Wisconsin to go to Dr Sam Weiss. He is an awesome dentist, and so caring, with wonderful people that work with him. Dr Lander is a super dentist who specializes in tooth extractions and he makes the patient feel so comfortable during the extractions. He is a great guy. Kelsey is so nice and so kind. She takes the time to explain everything that is about to happen. She makes sure you are okay at every turn. Tina is also so nice and you can hear her smile across the phone when you call in for questions, appointments, or anything else that I needed to know. And Christin does the periodontal/debridement and she too was wonderful and tells you exactly what she is about to do so you will feel comfortable at every turn. I recommend Dr Weiss and his associates highly. The BEST!

Northwestern Dental Group - Gurnee - Park City Moore S (Sam): I have been coming to this office for years and have not had any problems, until now. I have had my partial denture for over 25 years no problems with that one, but it was made by a different dentist, so I decided it was time to get a new partial. I did receive it on time, but every time I put it in mouth it rubbed against my gums really bad and it was painful, putting it in and taking it out. My gums were very sore and swollen. When I went back in and complained hoping the dentist could fit it, all he did was scrap something off the inside and said I had to just get use to putting it in and taking it out a certain way. It’s like he wanted my gums to be bleed before he would do anything to fix it. It hurt so bad it caused me anxiety just thinking about putting it in my mouth. I spent over $2,800 with insurance for this partial that causes my gums to swell, and is constantly painful. So, no I will not give this dentist a good review. I just wasted my money, because I will not put it back in my mouth. Never get a partial from them. Yes fix my partial, maybe there was a reason the other dentist made the gums part of the partial so big so it would go over my gums. Instead of hitting my gums in the wrong place.
