Linda Holmes: I drive from Wisconsin to go to Dr Sam Weiss. He is an awesome dentist, and so caring, with wonderful people that work with him. Dr Lander is a super dentist who specializes in tooth extractions and he makes the patient feel so comfortable during the extractions. He is a great guy. Kelsey is so nice and so kind. She takes the time to explain everything that is about to happen. She makes sure you are okay at every turn. Tina is also so nice and you can hear her smile across the phone when you call in for questions, appointments, or anything else that I needed to know. And Christin does the periodontal/debridement and she too was wonderful and tells you exactly what she is about to do so you will feel comfortable at every turn. I recommend Dr Weiss and his associates highly. The BEST!
Moore S (Sam): I have been coming to this office for years and have not had any problems, until now.
I have had my partial denture for over 25 years no problems with that one, but it was made by a different dentist, so I decided it was time to get a new partial.
I did receive it on time, but every time I put it in mouth it rubbed against my gums really bad and it was painful, putting it in and taking it out. My gums were very sore and swollen.
When I went back in and complained hoping the dentist could fit it, all he did was scrap something off the inside and said I had to just get use to putting it in and taking it out a certain way. It’s like he wanted my gums to be bleed before he would do anything to fix it.
It hurt so bad it caused me anxiety just thinking about putting it in my mouth. I spent over $2,800 with insurance for this partial that causes my gums to swell, and is constantly painful. So, no I will not give this dentist a good review. I just wasted my money, because I will not put it back in my mouth. Never get a partial from them.
Yes fix my partial, maybe there was a reason the other dentist made the gums part of the partial so big so it would go over my gums. Instead of hitting my gums in the wrong place.
