Walter Higgins We’ve been going to Dr. Ibrahim for at least 10 years. She’s very caring and thorough and does great dental work. She will squeeze you in as quick as possible if you happen to have any emergency. She truly cares for her patients and will work with you to get the best treatment needed. Charlie Wolfe I had a broken tooth and needed emergency dental work due to the intense pain. My usual dentist was overbooked and could not help me. A friend recommended Dr. Ibrahim. I am always nervous to try a new dentist, but Dr. Ibrahim was able to get me in IMMEDIATELY, same day, within 2 hours of my call. Once I was in the dentist chair, Dr. Ibrahim made me feel very relaxed, due to her kind and gentle demeanor. When she made the novocaine injection into my jaw, she always asked me to let her know if I felt any pain. I felt no pain, not even a "mosquito bite"! She told me that she HATES PAIN, and never wants her patient to feel any pain. She wasnt joking! I asked her when she will make the injection--she said "my dear, its already done!" The rest of the cavity grinding & filling process was 100% pain-free. The work she did was wonderful. I have been to 8 different dentists in the USA as well as one in Dubai and another in Turkey during my world travels. I can say that her equipment is the most modern and advanced of any dentist Ive ever visited. She has a panoramic X-ray machine that makes a 360-degree scan of the entire mouth--the data is exported to a computer which uses artificial intelligence (AI) to scan for problems that the human eye might not detect. The AI scan found the chipped tooth, as well as three other cavities that my other dentist did not detect. When she inspected these additional issues, there were indeed more cavities. Upon making the repairs, she discovered that the decay went very deep into the tooth. Dr Ibrahim has a tiny wand-camera that takes up-close photos of the mouth, and is linked to the large television screen so the patient can see the defects in high definition. Indeed, the teeth were filled with brown decay! I am thankful that Dr was able to identify and fix all these issues, so I was able to avoid having to get root canal surgery. Overall, Dr Ibrahim was the best dentist I have ever visited--and I am 49 years old. I will be using Dr Ibrahim for all future dental needs and I believe you will be equally pleased. I did however, have my first visit and cleaning today, and can easily say that this was the best dentist experience I’ve had. She wasn’t super busy (dentists always are) she took the time to explain everything to me in detail, and listen to my concerns. Major difference than what I experienced with Aspen Dental in Gurnee. That was a horrible experience. I will definitely be going back.

Joe Smith I went to this dentist for a few years, I’ve had teeth pulled when I wasn’t fully numbed , she said it was pressure, I’m the one in pain though. Had two root canals done from her.. well actually just 1 which was questionable. . She couldn’t do the second one right, I flinched from pain as she attempted to put filling in and she got upset it was going to take another half hour. Also said she had to reschedule someone else and told me to try and sit still, her incompetence to numb correctly and perform a root canal is what caused me to jerk. I highly suggest you go to a different dentist. She injected me 5 times throughout the entire visit and I left in pain. Same with past visits. I then Went to dr.radke in gurnee. He redid her screw up. And did a second root canal in one visit, he gave me 3 shots before he even started and I didn’t feel a thing my entire visit. I thought about not posting this. But what she did isn’t right.

Baby Yoda Dont let the bad reviews (because of the receptionist) keep you from trying this dentist. The staff in this office changed which made a huge difference. The dentist is a caring professional and does everything she can to make me comfortable during my visits. She also cares for my child since he was 2 years old, he is now 8. Try it out, Dr. Patel is excellent.

They lie so they can get more money out of you they toll my mom she had to pay $3000 for two appointments, she when on her second appointment and they said she had to pay more when clearly they said the second one was included in the payment she made. they’re stealing money from people!!!!
