5 /5 George Biester: I have not had any procedures performed my Dr. Patel as of yet, so I cannot speak on that. I did however, have my first visit and cleaning today, and can easily say that this was the best dentist experience I’ve had. She wasn’t super busy (dentists always are) she took the time to explain everything to me in detail, and listen to my concerns. Major difference than what I experienced with Aspen Dental in Gurnee. That was a horrible experience. I will definitely be going back.

1 /5 Joe Smith: I went to this dentist for a few years, I’ve had teeth pulled when I wasn’t fully numbed , she said it was pressure, I’m the one in pain though. Had two root canals done from her.. well actually just 1 which was questionable. . She couldn’t do the second one right, I flinched from pain as she attempted to put filling in and she got upset it was going to take another half hour. Also said she had to reschedule someone else and told me to try and sit still, her incompetence to numb correctly and perform a root canal is what caused me to jerk. I highly suggest you go to a different dentist. She injected me 5 times throughout the entire visit and I left in pain. Same with past visits. I then Went to dr.radke in gurnee. He redid her screw up. And did a second root canal in one visit, he gave me 3 shots before he even started and I didn’t feel a thing my entire visit. I thought about not posting this. But what she did isn’t right.

5 /5 Baby Yoda: Dont let the bad reviews (because of the receptionist) keep you from trying this dentist. The staff in this office changed which made a huge difference. The dentist is a caring professional and does everything she can to make me comfortable during my visits. She also cares for my child since he was 2 years old, he is now 8. Try it out, Dr. Patel is excellent.

5 /5 Jackie Miss: The doctor is a kind, attentive person who really cares and learns about her patients needs. We are a family of 3 and see her twice a year. Since she changed receptionist the practice is really become the best dentist in Gurnee.

5 /5 Paige Bothern: Lets start by saying I am the BIGGEST baby in the world and the dr and the receptionist were super patient and answered all my questions over and over again lol. I got my wisdom teeth removed and she did AMAZING. If i ever have any dental work from here on out i will be going here. Everyone was super friendly and supportive!

Rule Dentistry - Gurnee Taylor Lerman: Visited for my first comprehensive exam. Everyone was very kind, told me everything they were doing and no surprises. I left feeling supported! Jackie the hygienist was very thorough, gentle and informative. Dr. Bradley Rule spent a great deal of time talking with me and supporting my oral plan! Everything was very transparent and pleasantly paced.

Erie HealthReach Waukegan Health Center - Waukegan Rebecca Slawin: The most annoying clinic I have ever had to deal with. They call non stop to try and make you sign up for appointments. And then when you try and cancel you can’t seem to get in contact with anyone who is competent. They talk over you and refuse to let you get your message across. I’ll NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Aspen Dental - Gurnee, IL - Gurnee Claudia Garcia: Beware! If I could give 0 stars I would. I chose them because they are in-network. After the service they submitted the claim to my insurance out-of network. My insurance paid but later caught the error and requested a refund for the overpayment amount only. Now Aspen is billing me for the difference. They refuse to admit their error for submitting incorrectly. I spent 4 hours on the phone between my insurance and Aspen trying to get fixed. At the end of the 4 hours an escalation was submitted. That was in January today I received a collection notice! My kids have now missed their last two appointments because I refuse to take them back until this issue is resolved. They won’t fix any billing issues caused by them. Again I called Aspen today only to be told now that my daughter is 18 they can’t give me any information. But they can bill me because the account is in my name?! My other child is a minor so I said then look at his account and surprise his bill is $0. Then I told her I needed to speak to a supervisor because she started just giving me a summary of the escalation I requested. I initiated it, I know what it was about. Then the representative started speaking in another language put me on mute or hold and 3 mins the whole time I’m saying ‘hello’ ‘are you there’ then the line went dead! Scam!!! Thieves!! If you decide to go here do not pay any bill from here until you are absolutely certain it’s legit!

Featherstone Periodontics & Implant Dentistry - Dixon - Dixon Kent Hohlen: I was there to have my left side gum graft done. A couple weeks before my appointment u cracked the root of a tooth. They scheduled extra time to evaluate the tooth and then recommended extracting the tooth. They did the graft and extraction in one appointment. Excellent people to work with.
