Matt H I had seen Dr. Dan Steadman all my life. I have known no other dentist. I went and saw Dr. Young at his recommendation when retiring and I dont think I could have been more dissatisfied. The last time I saw her was in late 2020. I immediately encountered some issues, first with their appointment process and then with their payment process. I was told that while they took the State of IL Delta Dental insurance, that Id need to pay for the services at the time they were provided, and would be reimbursed by Delta Dental at a later time. Its now 2024 and I have yet to see a single thing from Delta Dental. As far as I could tell, they didnt bother submitting anything and could have, for all I know, pocketed money from me AND the insurance. The staff was rude when needing to re-schedule or when setting a new appointment. The tech I had was extremely aggressive with the cleaning, and all around a polar opposite of Dr. Dans staff and care provided. I was in the process of confirming a visit with another dentist when I looked up the reviews for Dr. Young. I cannot recommend this dentist and now I dont have my records to give to another dentist and dont really feel like calling this office and putting up with the frustration that will come from that.

They came in clutch for me and fought for a referral and have helped me with my insurance. I will now refer them to anybody who will need it! Thank you, again doc, and everyone else there!

Warren Kistner I saw Dr. Dan Steadman for many years. At his recommendation I moved to Dr. Young following Dans retirement. I have been very impressed with the staff and Dr. Young is wonderful. She takes her time with you, is always pleasant and accommodating, and the work Ive had done has been excellent. I would strongly recommend Dr. Young to anyone seeking a dentist.

Andi Morris If youre looking for a great dental practice, I absolutely recommend Twin City Dental. Due to a number of circumstances, I had missed some necessary routine dental care and was really nervous to return to the dentist. I shouldnt have worried. From the front desk staff to my extremely knowledgeable (and gentle!) hygienist to Dr Todd himself, I was in kind, warm, professional, and patient hands. At no point was I shamed for missing care, only commended for coming back now. I got some great tips on ways to make care at home easier and more effective, had a careful and thorough checkup, and a referral for an issue that had been dismissed in the past. I appreciated the doctors perspective of just getting it checked out out of an abundance of caution, but also the reassurance that it had been stable for several years and was probably not a worry. Overall, a very well run office with a very personal feel. I felt I got honest and straightforward care. It made returning to the dentist an easy routine to pick back up.

janice horner Doctor Morgan -Michaels extracted 2 teeth from me & handled everything very professionally and was very kind. Her compassionate nature put me at ease . Also after my bridge compression I was scheduled for 2 weeks out. Specifically asked Doctor Morgan - Michaels if the bridge comes in any earlier could she call me - They called exactly 2 working days later & said the bridge was ready !! Wow. Such service. Very impressed with her ! I would definately go back - she’s not only efficient but fast ! She doesn’t mess around she gets the job done !

Glo Birkett This is the best place I’ve ever been to like I got a cleaning and the women was fantastic I didn’t think it would get any better then I got a filling and it was an even better experience. He made sure I was numb before even giving me a shot to numb me even more. His assistant was so sweet keeping me occupied, they both made sure I was entirely comfortable and did not feel a thing. The numbness has gone down and honestly after three fillings my teeth barely hurt. These people seriously care . If you have kids or if you’re scared of the dentist this is the place to go.

Lucy Mardis I do not like to go to the dentist and was very comfortable with Dr Cunningham. Dr Bardwell took over his practice and I was hesitant about a “new” dentist. She is gentle, knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend her office to anyone looking for dental care, especially anyone who dreads the drill!

We have moved way out of state but still come back when we visit 2x a year because we are thankful for the care he and his staff give to all of our family. Our oldest son, who is on the Autism Spectrum, absolutely loves dental hygienist Teresa, and Dr. Chuck. We are grateful for the whole team!!

Dave Van Allen Ive been going to Dr. Burgess office for over 10 years. His office staff hasnt had much turnover, which is a sign of high employee satisfaction. He knows his patients personally and treats us well. Dr. Burgess built and wonderfully decorated his new office a few years back. His hygienists are friendly and use very modern equipment. There have been times Ive wished that his office wasnt so punctual -- so I could spend more time in his comfy waiting room. I wouldnt consider going anywhere else for my dental needs!

Marissa Tyler Don’t have an emergency.. because they will make you call every day to find a cancellation! I have a back tooth that is infected and causing pain in not only my mouth my my whole face radiates.. I waited months appointment to just pull the one tooth so the severe pain will stop. Asked if I could be a few minutes late for my appointment NEXT WEEK and she literally said “oh that sucks, hope everything works out for you.” I love Dr Kelly so much and she recommended me this dentist office but I will would rather pull the tooth out myself and go to the hospital then try and make another appointment with chestnut dental!!!!! So irritating that I’m in so much pain and they don’t care.

Mari-Rose Minyo It took me a long time to find a dentist like Dr. Pope. I had a mouth full of work that needed to be done over the course of several years, and I couldn’t find a dentist that didn’t see me as just another body moving through the line. Dr. Pope completed all the work I needed exceptionally well, and I’ve continued to see him for nearly 20 years. He always listens, and answers all your questions without rushing you or interrupting. (So difficult to find that.) He’s very caring and always makes sure he explains, and that you’re comfortable. He’s even called me the evening after an appointment to make sure I’m doing OK. I highly, highly recommend him.

Thom Sieloff I was first introduced to Dr Pecora in 2009. Even though I presented him with a serious dental challenge, he has always treated me very well and is very professional. But keep in mind, he has no “ordinary” dentist. He is a specialist and in my case he did an excellent job.
