Crystal Taylor I came in today, as a new patient, and had a great experience. From the moment i walked in everybody was friendly and greeted me. I did not have a long wait time at all. The dentist was very thorough in what she was doing and what i needed done. I got a cleaning and was in and out. Yes, you can hear what’s going on with other patients procedures but that would be my only con which is why i gave it 4 stars. But I’ll definitely go back.

Carol Hill From the time I entered, the office staff greeted me with a huge hello and smile. I am wheelchair bound and needed extra help maneuvering through the doors. I was handled with love and patience. Dr. Lee was not only knowledgeable on what to do to help my dental issues, also suggested options to make the process easier. The entire experience was lovingly overwhelming. Thank you, Familia Dental for the best dental visit, ever.

Amy Bensyl This was our first time being seen. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We were seen in record time. My only issue was the waiting/reception area could use a bit sprucing up. The paint was chipping and didnt seem as welcoming as it could be. Overall, Im happy with our visit!

Carly Smith I have had the absolute privilege of seeing Dr. Scott Anderson for about 12 years now, for both routine checkups and quite a bit of stuff that needed fixing. I cannot say enough good things about his trustworthiness and competence as a dentist, as well as his kind and warm bedside manner. He has been one of a few medical professionals whose ethics and abilities I have trusted 100% over the years. He does not try to sell unnecessary procedures, and his work (fillings, crowns, etc.) have been top notch. This is a well-run, clean, and modern practice. Payment is due at the time of the appt, but this has been nice for me because it has meant no unexpected bills. Highly recommend these folks - theyre the best in the biz.

Joe Fuge Illini Smiles was the most professional and efficient dentist Ive ever been to. I brought my daughter for braces. I was so pleased to be there because everyone was nice and competent. But here comes the best part. I picked Invisalign and signed a contract, reasonably priced, might I add. I come home and my spouse says, "Go back and get metal braces instead." So I go back. Amy easily changed my whole setup, with a big, authentic smile on her face. This place is great. Ill be on their commercial.

Jie Chen Dr. Stevenson is knowledgeable, highly skilled, and personable. I had had gum recession for many years due to genetics and tried grafting without success, and had been told by my previous dentist that nothing could be done. Dr. Stevenson performed fillings that were perfection in both appearance and function. It’s been more than a year now, I no long have sensitivity issues and the teeth feel stronger than before. I’m most grateful!

Dawson LaBaw Very nice people and provide excellent care, but coordination needs some work in regards to insurance and scheduling. Expect to wait in the waiting room despite having an appointment -only went 3 times but waited anywhere between 10-45 minutes after my appointment time. Tried to be accommodating to my insurance fitting my in before the end of the month, but had information wrong about when they bill for the crown requiring me to take extra PTO and didn’t schedule the extra work to be done at that appointment even though they said they did. Disappointed that I will have to fit that on my next insurance which won’t cover as much. But overall, good experience with the people, poor communication with scheduling/billing and coordinating a quick treatment plan.

Nicholas Limentato I have no complaints about the services provided. Everyone is very good at their job and friendly. The reason I am giving a 2/5 review is because I was charged $200 for their laser treatment. It was explained to me at my appointment that it is $50 for this treatment and that it would be submitted to insurance. I have TriCare as insurance, and I hoped they would cover it. This is fine, understandable, and I agreed to it. What was not explained to me until after I received my $200 bill, and after speaking with their billing department, is that insurance companies "almost never" approve this laser treatment, and that it is $50 "per quadrant," not just $50, which means it is an out-of-pocket cost of $200 total. I had to pay my bill and that cant be changed now, but if you have an appointment scheduled, either decline the laser treatment, or be prepared to pay $200 out of pocket because insurance companies do not cover this treatment.

Mallory Clark We had a wonderful experience! We had to come in for an emergency visit due to a broken tooth. We can’t thank Crystal enough for going above and beyond to get us scheduled. The staff was so friendly and welcoming! Laura and Dr. Davis took great care of us. They were very thorough and explained every step. They took time to make sure all of our questions were answered. We look forward to our next visit!

Leslie Gleeson I feel so grateful to have CU Pediatric Dentists as part of our care team. This is *the* place in town you want to take your kid to the dentist. The staff are all knowledgeable and incredibly kind, compassionate and patient. They came recommended to us from our former dentist when we moved here a few years ago and I am so happy with their level of care and service. The new facility/location is truly lovely and our daughter absolutely loves coming here for her checkups. That’s wild to say but it is really true! I can’t recommend this pediatric dentist group enough.

Everyone was so kind, welcoming and concerned about my needs. It’s wonderful seeing all getting along well as a team and making patients their priority. Dr Phillip is down to earth, very personable, professional and explained everything regarding my dental health truthfully, easy to understand language for non-medical patient that I am. I will stick with Aspen Dental in Champaign, IL and encourage all to switch there if their insurance covers.

Rita Kohrman The people were all so helpful and accommodating. The doctor was straight forward about my gums being so worn down that I would not benefit having new parcels made. He was very honest and straight forward. He could of told me I needed new parcels and taken me for alot of money and I would not have known the difference. I value his honesty and would go back to Aspen Dental fir future service and will tell my friends about Aspen Dental.

Geofredo Rodriguez It was a breath of fresh air walking into this office. I have a huge disdain for anything medical, and I feel they don’t have the best interests of the patients at hand. Dr. Phillips and staff eased that and made me feel really comfortable with what I have to get done and the amount of money I have to pay out of pocket. Even though I was hit with a nice-size procedure bill, I felt heard, and I feel that they genuinely care about the needs of their patients. Looks like I’m about to be a life long patient of this office.

Luke Beifuss They rope you in with cheap cleanings and then they fraudulently insist you have cavities that dont exist. I was told I had two "tiny" cavities on my lower teeth. I was suspicious at how eager he seemed. Now years later Ive still never had a single other dentist notice these two "cavities" and they have never caused any issue. In fact I asked an experienced dentist and they said affirmatively that there were no such cavities in my teeth. This place is conducting a typical Dentistry scam, usually used to target medicaid. In a university town I dont doubt this is occurring.

Nurse Bri I went to Champaign dental for an emergency visit. My wisdom tooth was causing me some major issues and they were able to get me in same day. To be clear I wasn’t a patient at this office and they treated me great. Taylor the dental hygienist and Dr. Thakur were the main two I encountered and they went above and beyond for me. I’ve never waited on an email or text to leave a review like I have with this clinic. By far one of the best dental experiences ever. I’ve since switched dental offices to become a permanent patient.

Xinlei Wang Bad experience for me. I had a tooth cleaning today. After finished it, they asked me if Id like to do a cancer screening. I said yes, but they didnt tell me how much it costs and it wasnt covered by my insurance. I was surprised because I was only aware of it until I checked out. I searched on google and I learned a lesson that I should always ask, but it is also clinics responsibility to inform patient this information before they perform.

Cindy Doyle It’s always a pleasure to see Dr Martin or Dr Ingram. They take great care when working with patients. I feel well cared for. Libby is very professional and personable. Nice to see her back after having a baby. I do enjoy Dr Ingram’s humming while she checks my oral health.

Autumn Hiles Chelsea & Gabriella were amazing! Chelsea is so great with the kiddos and my kids warmed up so quickly to her! She lets it be an interactive/learning experience which we love love love! Gabriella was so positive and knowledgeable! Great hygienists! The new Dentists was great too! He learned my kids nicknames in our family and that made them feel even more comfortable. He listens to your concerns and approaches them at the level your concern is.

Emily Massey Staff is amazing and always friendly. Facility is clean, updated, and bright. I will continue to come here and it’s not exactly close to where I live, but it’s worth it! I took off one star because of scheduling issue. I called to reschedule an appointment. However, I kept getting reminders for the appointment I canceled, and then my rescheduled appointment they had no record of. I believe it to be a system/computer error. But frustrating nonetheless.

Joseph Malpeli I saw a dentist at Affordable Dentures & Implants a few days ago to schedule a wisdom-tooth extraction. As it turns out I had to cancel the extraction because of a pre-existing condition, but my interactions to this point were all pleasant and professional. All lf the personal I interacted with were helpful, and the dentist was responsive to my concerns.

Sam Jenkins Dr. Jung is fantastic. Great bedside manner, and highly skilled. His assistants are top notch as well. Everybody here (as of 1/7/25) were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Had a couple extractions done, and their price was the lowest I could find in town. I was worried about extra charges being tacked on once they got me on the table. It took over an hours worth of dogged determination to remove my stubborn teeth, and nary a penny was added to my bill. I highly recommend this place.

My daughter couldn’t stop raving about how nice everyone was, and she left the office feeling confident and excited about the process. Ellie After all the promotional garbage they sent me about Dr. Shafer and his team about being welcoming and whatnot, I was shocked to find out that it was all a complete lie. Dr. Shafer was rude and left the room abruptly after maybe 3 minutes. Basically the complete opposite of what he advertises. Needless to say I will not be signing.

Wang Gifts Extremely impersonal and everything felt rushed. He didnt seem like he wanted to answer my questions despite all his advertising about being personable and willing to talk to you. Difficult to schedule appointments that werent very early or weeks out.

Radhika Wadekar Amazing experience at West Main Dental! Rosie is a great nurse who explained everything to me very patiently and calmed my nerves before my tooth extraction. I hadnt had a tooth extracted as an adult but it was a very smooth experience. I was initially given an appointment for a week later but they were able to reschedule to that same day because my tooth pain was very severe. Thanks to all staff members, nurses and Dr. Lee! I would highly recommend this clinic.

Tymothé Willis Dr. Lee was able to get me in quickly, as I had an infected, eruption. It was pretty painful and he was able to extract this tooth. I was in and out within 30 minutes. As I had some throbbing pain he also gave me an extra shot of novacaine and I was able to work the rest of the day.

My insurance was accepted with no fuss and I had a complete estimate of my part of the costs before the end of the first appointment. The quality of the work and the pleasant staff make this a very good choice for a local dentist.

From the front desk staff(they make you feel at home) to the exceptional hygienist Kristie, who made me feel welcome, extremely knowledgeable, kind and overall, an amazing person.
