Carrie We have been going to Grove Dental for years and have always been happy with the staff and the treatments we have received. Today my daughter had her wisdom teeth removed and I was very disappointed with the treatment she received after the procedure. My daughter was groggy and felt nauseous so they had her sit in the room for about 20 minutes after her procedure. When they brought her out to me, she could barely stand and could not keep her eyes open. They were so quick to hand her over. By the time we got downstairs it was obvious that she was not going to be able to walk to the car. I had to call the office and ask that someone come downstairs and help me. It took my daughter several hours to recover from the drugs, I don’t fault Grove Dental for that, but no one offered to help get her to the car. It was so obvious that my daughter needed more time to come to and based on past experiences, I expected better from Grove Dental. I felt like they couldn’t get us out of there quick enough.

Megan Polson I had a temp hygienist that gave me the most painful cleaning that I had to ask her to stop half way through. She told me I would need to be sedated for future cleanings. My teeth aren’t perfect but I brush twice a day and floss nightly. I couldn’t believe how rough she was. Thank god for the manager and Nancy who were really supportive but this definitely makes me reconsider continuing my care there. They can’t get me in to finish my cleaning for two months (my schedule is also to blame).

I have been a patient of Dr Kostko for around 12 years now and he is by far the best dentist I have ever experienced in my life. He is very friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond making sure that you are 100% comfortable. Results from the work he performs are absolutely impeccable! His passion for being a dentist truly shows through his work. I am very lucky to have such a great dentist office that I can go to! Thank you to all of Grove Dental for being such an amazing team!

Christina Aro Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and they check in with you frequently while doing your cleaning in case you need a break. Ive been to the dentist many times, but the team here also explains what they are doing at each step, which Ive never experienced but really appreciated. I dont get anxious about going to the dentist, but I imagine that would be so helpful for those that do. Overall, had a great experience at Living Well and am glad to have found a great new dentist!

Sharon I had a great first visit! I have recently relocated to the area, and Dr. Wells came highly recommended. My hygienist, was AMAZING, and thoroughly explained everything that was being done. Both provided gentle service! Can’t wait to come back.

Central Park Solutions This is by far the WORST dental office to go to. I sent hours tracking and verifying expenses I was charged for. They billed me and my insurance for services we never received. They are run, un professional and money hungry. They tried to charge me a finance charge and I never financed anything and this was after I was told my bill was paid in full. I was sent 6 different invoices for the same day of service with different amounts on each, and they couldnt explain why they charged for some of the services never received. It took me to go over my itemized invoice with Dr. Joshi on the phone to get the billing and charges correct and even then they were still wrong! Save yourself the headache and find another pediatric dentist. This ISNT IT! Then they lied and said the doc was not in just to tell me 5 min later she was with a patient! UNACCEPTABLE

Brittany Jenkins Honestly the reason I gave 2 stars is because I’m a dog person and loved having dogs in the office. The people are not friendly or welcoming. We were on time for our appointment however they were not, which isn’t a big deal, but when they don’t even acknowledge being 20 min late or apologize for being late is when I have a problem. The dental hygienist didn’t introduce herself to us so I don’t even know who to shout out too. They didn’t use a napkin while cleaning and when I asked about it she just mumbled something. She kept using her glove on her hand to wipe the tools which was a bit unsettling. The Dentist wasn’t much butter. Everyone who worked there acted as if they were annoyed and had terrible bedside manners (aside from the dogs). I did request my children’s file from them to pass on (as we won’t be back) and never received anything, not surprised, but also reminded me to write this review. Luckily found a new place that’s incredibly welcoming.

GingieQ Dr Scherer and staff are the best! They informed me what was needed and gave me plans for my work. Other than the slight stick of the needle Ive never had any issues with pain during or after. Dr Scherer explains everything as he works so no surprises. Everyone works well together and it makes me feel comfortable. Im so glad my dentist referred me here for my extractions and implant.

A T Adelina and my dentist are great and the only reason I am still not changing office after my recent experience with the admin staff. Yes, my bad I did not update my insurance info before my app. very new in my current job and still catching up, dumb on me to not know the name of my new insurance.... Still how dare anyone say, well have yo charge full because we cant find your insurance.... Then I say, its ok, how about I call you as soon as I get home with it? The front desk person. Says No, cant do. I understand, then can we reschedule and I come back with all the info, then get told Id still have to pay 50$ cancellation fee.... What do you want from me???? How petty to go like this on a patient.... Was I going to flee the country and never pay you?!!!! A patient of 10 yrs.... Pathetic!!! I asked to please look into anyone with the same employer and finally she resolved, buts left a bad taste to the whole experience

Bertha Lynch The practice was really accommodating. My temporary crown fell out over the weekend and they were willing to fit me in on Monday 4-22-25. DIDI AND MARISELA were VERY FRIENDLY. On 4-27-25 went back for my permanent crown. Again my visit went great. The Dr was great and took the time to give advice on partial dentures when I asked him if it was possible to fill in my missing teeth. Thank you

Kevin Chen Dr. Lam is amazing!! I came by strong recommendation from several people and I can see why. She is seriously just passionate about dental health which I feel is rare in a dentist / doctor these days. Shes super detailed and answered my questions and concerns. I have a cavity that needs to be filled and she used a little camera to show me what it looks like and the plan of care for it! Shes also very friendly and easy to talk to. I will come back for sure and will ditch the big corporate dental companies I used to go to.

Jenna Davito Shining Smiles is a fantastic dental office! The staff was nice, the appointments were on time, and the teeth cleaning was fast and pain free. I got my teeth cleaned here and I also brought my 2 year old for his first dentist appointment. The dentist was super patient and gentle with him, even when he got nervous and was crying. After his checkup the very friendly assistant took him to pick out a new toothbrush, he was so excited about that and we left very happy! I would definitely recommend this dental office. 5 stars :)

daveterman206 Reviews are becoming accurate. Been coming here for a year or two now. My ortho surgeon told me I need a filling, another dentist told me I need just a filling even with an x-ray, my orthodontic told me I just need a filling. This is why I get multiple opinions before doing anything anymore. Well, I went to have my filling and now its a root canal. I know the gimmick of root canals; thats the profit maker. Im aware. They claim they told me last April; I needed a filling. That is false. Its not the same staff so they have no idea other than the notes. Dont tell me what you think I was told. I keep notes from every dentist/doctor appt I ever have because I trust nobody anymore. More annoyed than anything now as usual with the dentist industry. It should be regulated more. Save yourself and dont go back if youre a current client. Ill edit now that they replied. The staff who left the comment saying "they told me in April" arent there. I got braces in July. Why would a highly educated individual such as myself not take care of it? Liar liar... but thats okay, I went somewhere else today and they also said its not a root canal. What a scam. Enjoy your career choice. So sad.

Mary Kate Carey I booked online for a cleaning and showed up for my appointment. I understand that they need to assess things, take a look and complete x rays. After 45 minutes of assessment, they came back to schedule my cleaning for a different day, with the soonest appointment being 2 weeks out. The receptionist said that sometimes this happens, and that if you book online, there isn’t a notice that scheduling a cleaning appointment doesn’t guarantee a cleaning?! She said someone should have left that in my confirmation voicemail. I have the confirmation voicemail and that is not stated there. As a working mom with 3 toddlers, getting time to do a teeth cleaning takes a long time. Cleared my schedule and took all this time out for nothing. So irritated and disappointed. Would love to be able to comment on the cleaning services, but I didn’t get any.
