Grove Dental Associates - Wheaton (IL)

2 /5 Carrie: We have been going to Grove Dental for years and have always been happy with the staff and the treatments we have received. Today my daughter had her wisdom teeth removed and I was very disappointed with the treatment she received after the procedure. My daughter was groggy and felt nauseous so they had her sit in the room for about 20 minutes after her procedure. When they brought her out to me, she could barely stand and could not keep her eyes open. They were so quick to hand her over. By the time we got downstairs it was obvious that she was not going to be able to walk to the car. I had to call the office and ask that someone come downstairs and help me. It took my daughter several hours to recover from the drugs, I don’t fault Grove Dental for that, but no one offered to help get her to the car. It was so obvious that my daughter needed more time to come to and based on past experiences, I expected better from Grove Dental. I felt like they couldn’t get us out of there quick enough.

1 /5 Megan Polson: I had a temp hygienist that gave me the most painful cleaning that I had to ask her to stop half way through. She told me I would need to be sedated for future cleanings. My teeth aren’t perfect but I brush twice a day and floss nightly. I couldn’t believe how rough she was. Thank god for the manager and Nancy who were really supportive but this definitely makes me reconsider continuing my care there. They can’t get me in to finish my cleaning for two months (my schedule is also to blame).

5 /5 Michael Wind: Dr Kostko and the staff at Grove Dental are absolutely incredible! I have been a patient of Dr Kostko for around 12 years now and he is by far the best dentist I have ever experienced in my life. He is very friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond making sure that you are 100% comfortable. Results from the work he performs are absolutely impeccable! His passion for being a dentist truly shows through his work. I am very lucky to have such a great dentist office that I can go to! Thank you to all of Grove Dental for being such an amazing team!

5 /5 Katsiaryna Kazlova: This was my son’s first visit to the dentist, and we were extremely pleased with the experience. The entire clinic staff was exceptionally friendly and caring, which is crucial for creating positive associations with medical visits for children. My son was thrilled with the gift he received at the end of the visit, as well as the visit itself. Special thanks to Dr. Murphy and the dental hygienist (unfortunately, I can’t recall her name) who was incredibly sweet and attentive. Thanks to their professionalism and empathetic approach, our first dental visit was memorable.
