5 /5 Susie Lynn: I dont usually write reviews, but felt compelled to do so. I just left Simply Dental in Carol Stream, IL, and had a dental treatment done by Dr Reyam Aljanaby. The care I received from her, along with her extremely professional & competant assistant Tim, was exceptional. Getting dental treatments has been difficult for me due to previous awful & painful experiences I had growing up. ( Why is it that negative dental experiences early in life just seem to stay with you? ) That said, getting the dental procedure done today was definitely not something I looked forward to, and I experienced stress & anxiety before the appointment. Im writing this review specifically because of Dr Aljanaby. I shared my anxiety with her before we started, and her response was incredible. With compassion, she listened to my concerns, was very understanding, explained the process thoroughly, and patiently answered my questions. During the procedure, she worked at a pace that did not cause me additional stress, made sure I had no pain, constantly checked with me to see if I was OK and ready to go further, and when I said yes she would then continue. I really appreciated that because Ive had dentists that just want to "get the job done", and are not as patient-focused. So, if you need a dentist, from my experience, I would highly recomend Dr Aljanaby. Her skills, knowledge, and "patient comfort" focus makes her a wonderful dentist!
