1 /5 Donata Stroink-Skillrud: The incompetence of this office is truly astounding. I have seen both Dr. Harvey and Dr. Sarah Bogin for years, getting regular cleanings and checkups and never missing any appointments. I would come in and they would say that everything looks good or fix what wasnt good. Then (this happened to me twice), Id go to get endo and the endodontist found teeth that are so beyond repair that they had to be pulled. Both Drs. Bogin looked at these teeth multiple times and said that they were fine, completely missing the issues. The opinions that these teeth had to be pulled were confirmed by multiple endodontists and surgeons who could not believe that the dentists completely missed them.
Correction: I just went to another dentist and it turns out that Im losing a third tooth which has a huge cavity that Drs. Bogin missed despite looking at that tooth multiple times.
Not sure what the point was of paying thousands of dollars for cleanings and checkups was if they missed all of that. Maybe if they were more competent, they could have caught these issues earlier and I would not have lost multiple teeth under their care. My husband has three cavities filled by Dr. Sarah Bogin. When he went to a new dentist (we switched due to my experience), all of those fillings had to be redone because they were done incorrectly.
Save your money and go to a more competent dentists office.
