daveterman206: Reviews are becoming accurate. Been coming here for a year or two now. My ortho surgeon told me I need a filling, another dentist told me I need just a filling even with an x-ray, my orthodontic told me I just need a filling. This is why I get multiple opinions before doing anything anymore. Well, I went to have my filling and now its a root canal. I know the gimmick of root canals; thats the profit maker. Im aware. They claim they told me last April; I needed a filling. That is false. Its not the same staff so they have no idea other than the notes. Dont tell me what you think I was told. I keep notes from every dentist/doctor appt I ever have because I trust nobody anymore. More annoyed than anything now as usual with the dentist industry. It should be regulated more. Save yourself and dont go back if youre a current client. Ill edit now that they replied. The staff who left the comment saying "they told me in April" arent there. I got braces in July. Why would a highly educated individual such as myself not take care of it? Liar liar... but thats okay, I went somewhere else today and they also said its not a root canal. What a scam. Enjoy your career choice. So sad.

Jodi Bauer: Our family loves Wheaton Family Dental. They are welcoming, caring, kind, thorough, artistic and Dr. Philip uses only the highest quality of materials. He puts you at ease when you are nervous. He goes above and beyond in caring for his patients. He is an amazing dentist. Dr. Philip aims to catch dental issues early before they become bigger problems. He has fixed many problematic teeth in our family, including my son who had some pretty severe cavities and dental issues at a young age due to some allergy and breathing issues. Recently we were quite amazed that Dr. Philip was able to save one of my teeth that had cracked severely. Although the office was not open that day, he came in anyways to fix my tooth. If you want to go to a dental office that follows the Golden Rule, then you have found the one!

Carrie: We have been going to Grove Dental for years and have always been happy with the staff and the treatments we have received. Today my daughter had her wisdom teeth removed and I was very disappointed with the treatment she received after the procedure. My daughter was groggy and felt nauseous so they had her sit in the room for about 20 minutes after her procedure. When they brought her out to me, she could barely stand and could not keep her eyes open. They were so quick to hand her over. By the time we got downstairs it was obvious that she was not going to be able to walk to the car. I had to call the office and ask that someone come downstairs and help me. It took my daughter several hours to recover from the drugs, I don’t fault Grove Dental for that, but no one offered to help get her to the car. It was so obvious that my daughter needed more time to come to and based on past experiences, I expected better from Grove Dental. I felt like they couldn’t get us out of there quick enough.
