1 /5 daveterman206: Reviews are becoming accurate. Been coming here for a year or two now. My ortho surgeon told me I need a filling, another dentist told me I need just a filling even with an x-ray, my orthodontic told me I just need a filling. This is why I get multiple opinions before doing anything anymore. Well, I went to have my filling and now its a root canal. I know the gimmick of root canals; thats the profit maker. Im aware. They claim they told me last April; I needed a filling. That is false. Its not the same staff so they have no idea other than the notes. Dont tell me what you think I was told. I keep notes from every dentist/doctor appt I ever have because I trust nobody anymore. More annoyed than anything now as usual with the dentist industry. It should be regulated more. Save yourself and dont go back if youre a current client. Ill edit now that they replied. The staff who left the comment saying "they told me in April" arent there. I got braces in July. Why would a highly educated individual such as myself not take care of it? Liar liar... but thats okay, I went somewhere else today and they also said its not a root canal. What a scam. Enjoy your career choice. So sad.

5 /5 Lisa B: Been going here for a few years. They do have a lot of changes, always new dentists. However, saying that, every single person including dentists, front desk and dental hygienists are always very professional and super friendly and kind. My whole family goes. Highly recommend

2 /5 Mary Kate Carey: I booked online for a cleaning and showed up for my appointment. I understand that they need to assess things, take a look and complete x rays. After 45 minutes of assessment, they came back to schedule my cleaning for a different day, with the soonest appointment being 2 weeks out. The receptionist said that sometimes this happens, and that if you book online, there isn’t a notice that scheduling a cleaning appointment doesn’t guarantee a cleaning?! She said someone should have left that in my confirmation voicemail. I have the confirmation voicemail and that is not stated there. As a working mom with 3 toddlers, getting time to do a teeth cleaning takes a long time. Cleared my schedule and took all this time out for nothing. So irritated and disappointed. Would love to be able to comment on the cleaning services, but I didn’t get any.

1 /5 Robyn: Used to be amazing, but now office staff is rude and unprofessional. They call less than an hour before appointment, ask you to come in earlier and if you cant they cancel! They recently did this to my daughter who was home from college on break. Our favorite hygienists have left and we are finding a new practice.

4 /5 Crista Davis: On time. Courteous. Knowledgeable. Both Renee and Dr. Ami were great. A little more time was needed from Dr. Ami to address an issue left over from previous orthodontic work.
