3 /5 A T: Adelina and my dentist are great and the only reason I am still not changing office after my recent experience with the admin staff. Yes, my bad I did not update my insurance info before my app. very new in my current job and still catching up, dumb on me to not know the name of my new insurance.... Still how dare anyone say, well have yo charge full because we cant find your insurance.... Then I say, its ok, how about I call you as soon as I get home with it? The front desk person. Says No, cant do. I understand, then can we reschedule and I come back with all the info, then get told Id still have to pay 50$ cancellation fee.... What do you want from me???? How petty to go like this on a patient.... Was I going to flee the country and never pay you?!!!! A patient of 10 yrs.... Pathetic!!! I asked to please look into anyone with the same employer and finally she resolved, buts left a bad taste to the whole experience
