5 /5 Jason Randall: I had my first ever root canal procedure done here after having a cracked molar. Dr. Wardell and his team were absolutely incredible. I was a bit stressed coming in because anytime you hear the term "root canal," it sounds really, really bad, but Dr. Wardell was so good, everyone was extremely calming, and to be perfectly honest, I didnt feel a thing. Ive now learned theres nothing to be worried about when something like this comes up, and while I hope to never have to see them again, Im happy knowing we have such skilled professionals here who are ready to help. Thank you all for making me feel comfortable and for such outstanding care!

5 /5 Angela Raske: Just finished my first root canal for a cracked tooth w decay w Dr. Bergener. My dentist recommended her and I’m so glad she did. I was cared for with compassion and professionalism at both my very thorough consultation and procedure. I was very impressed with how sensitive she was to my pain tolerance, checking in with me often, and adjusting as needed. She updated me throughout the procedure so I knew what she was doing and what to expect. She spent a lot of time w me during my consultation answering countless questions and met with me both before and after today’s procedure as well. Her team seems just as great…helpful, professional, caring, compassionate in person and on the phone. They told me Dr. Bergener would take very good care of me and that I wouldn’t be in pain in the procedure and they were right! Highly recommend, especially to those who have anxiety w dental healthcare. One last note, I have chronic migraines and tmj, and Dr. Bergener was proactive and caring in addressing those concerns as they can be triggered by these procedures. Dr. Bergener and her team provided an exceptional experience.

5 /5 Amy Gausemel: Christi was a savior. I had to get an emergency root canal before a big snow storm and an important flight. We were able to juggle xrays and procedure within a few phone calls and 48 hours. This is my second root canal with this practice and the front desk staff in Wheaton has always talked to me while I waited because I am nervous. Alizay was my nurse who was patient and kind. Dr. Ra was new to me and she was calm and precise. With a blanket from Alizay, I fell asleep to Dr. Ras gentle scraping and digging. Thank you all so much for your urgent accommodation.

If anyone looking for an oral surgeon who is personable, professional and truly concerned with your dental health, look no further I have been seeing Dr. Forfar about 6 months off and on. I trust Dr. Forfar, I especially like as he was performing my oral surgery, he continued to talk to me throughout the entire process. He just kept asking if I was okay. His genuine concern made that process a whole lot barriable and a huge difference. The last time I was there, the nurses who attended to me were extremely supportive as well. He explains the process in detail, and answers all questions without hesitation and with full explanation. He does an amazing job and he makes patients (kids and adults) feel as family. His team is great, Arazeli is phenomenal, she has such a good heart and personality, she is super nice, supper friendly, she also makes you feel like family. She also answered all our questions, she is super knowledgeable and experienced. This is our second time coming back and we definitely will keep coming back.

I work in healthcare and am a tough critic when it comes to patient experience but Dr Shin is fantastic. His front desk team is so personable, they know you by name and remember details about your family. They are proactive and transparent in pricing. The hygienists actually teach you techniques to improve your oral health and explain things well. And Dr Shin- he is so down-to-earth, communicates well, and genuinely cares. The group is understanding of last minute emergencies and was so accommodating to helping squeeze us in. I highly recommend this team!!!

Dr. Mary A. Hatzis, DDS - Wheaton Bison Girl: Dr Mary Hatzis is knowledgeable, helpful and does a great job keeping our teeth healthy. Shes been our dentist since she opened her practice. Shes very nice, parking is always available near her office, and she has some evening and weekend hours, which is convenient for us.

Harvey M. Bogin, DDS - Winfield Donata Stroink-Skillrud: The incompetence of this office is truly astounding. I have seen both Dr. Harvey and Dr. Sarah Bogin for years, getting regular cleanings and checkups and never missing any appointments. I would come in and they would say that everything looks good or fix what wasnt good. Then (this happened to me twice), Id go to get endo and the endodontist found teeth that are so beyond repair that they had to be pulled. Both Drs. Bogin looked at these teeth multiple times and said that they were fine, completely missing the issues. The opinions that these teeth had to be pulled were confirmed by multiple endodontists and surgeons who could not believe that the dentists completely missed them. Correction: I just went to another dentist and it turns out that Im losing a third tooth which has a huge cavity that Drs. Bogin missed despite looking at that tooth multiple times. Not sure what the point was of paying thousands of dollars for cleanings and checkups was if they missed all of that. Maybe if they were more competent, they could have caught these issues earlier and I would not have lost multiple teeth under their care. My husband has three cavities filled by Dr. Sarah Bogin. When he went to a new dentist (we switched due to my experience), all of those fillings had to be redone because they were done incorrectly. Save your money and go to a more competent dentists office.
