Wendy Lee I’m a highly sensitive person who is allergic to everything and I feel what emotions others feel. It’s been so hard finding a dentist office that will listen and be ok with my sensitivity! And my fibromyalgia. I can’t tell you how impressed I am with this office! What a stellar bunch of people. I loved every bit of this office! Also, notice the relaxing water feature upon entering this establishment. In all seriousness Dr. Bart and his team are phenomenal. Brandon Kruis I needed to find a new dentist as my dentist had retired. My need was urgent as I had a cracked tooth. I was able to get a same day appointment for a consult and schedule an appointment to have the work completed just a few days later. I saw Dr. Nicole for my initial visit and Dr. Mark for my follow up. Both Drs. Nicole and Mark were very kind and professional. I have had 3 visits since and the care, concern and kindness of the staff is unmatched. Dr. Mark has ensured that I am comfortable throughout each visit and he walks me through what he plans to do and the reason that he is doing it. Recently, I was in the office to have a tooth repaired at 7am on a Saturday morning. Dr. Mark and his assistant, Ilah were extremely helpful, professional, and kind. Blake Spitz Dr. Hausten and Dr. Cole are spectacular dentists who approach all of their patients with the utmost care, respect and kindness. Whether it’s been six months or 5 years since your last dental visit, they will take excellent care to address your dental health, and work with you to create a plan to take care of you. In one year of getting my dental care here, Drs. Hausten and Cole helped me get a nightguard, schedule me for same-week care for two root canals, and their high tech equipment, pain management expertise and knowledge make going to the dentist a pleasant experience.

Christine I thought this doctor was cold, indifferent and uncaring. I was told that he takes takes Medicaid but he clearly didnt want me as a patient and did not offer to help. I was baffle by this!

Cynthia Malinski Maria was so very sweet. Dr. Cygan was very nice professional. However, when I made the appointment our family was made to believe he was an oral surgeon. If you’re looking for an oral surgeon to do complex cases he couldn’t help us. But for regular dentistry I believe they would be great. Cute office and very clean.

Jason Randall I had my first ever root canal procedure done here after having a cracked molar. Dr. Wardell and his team were absolutely incredible. I was a bit stressed coming in because anytime you hear the term "root canal," it sounds really, really bad, but Dr. Wardell was so good, everyone was extremely calming, and to be perfectly honest, I didnt feel a thing. Ive now learned theres nothing to be worried about when something like this comes up, and while I hope to never have to see them again, Im happy knowing we have such skilled professionals here who are ready to help. Thank you all for making me feel comfortable and for such outstanding care!

Angela Raske Just finished my first root canal for a cracked tooth w decay w Dr. Bergener. My dentist recommended her and I’m so glad she did. I was cared for with compassion and professionalism at both my very thorough consultation and procedure. I was very impressed with how sensitive she was to my pain tolerance, checking in with me often, and adjusting as needed. She updated me throughout the procedure so I knew what she was doing and what to expect. She spent a lot of time w me during my consultation answering countless questions and met with me both before and after today’s procedure as well. Her team seems just as great…helpful, professional, caring, compassionate in person and on the phone. They told me Dr. Bergener would take very good care of me and that I wouldn’t be in pain in the procedure and they were right! Highly recommend, especially to those who have anxiety w dental healthcare. One last note, I have chronic migraines and tmj, and Dr. Bergener was proactive and caring in addressing those concerns as they can be triggered by these procedures. Dr. Bergener and her team provided an exceptional experience.

Jodi Bauer Our family loves Wheaton Family Dental. They are welcoming, caring, kind, thorough, artistic and Dr. Philip uses only the highest quality of materials. He puts you at ease when you are nervous. He goes above and beyond in caring for his patients. He is an amazing dentist. Dr. Philip aims to catch dental issues early before they become bigger problems. He has fixed many problematic teeth in our family, including my son who had some pretty severe cavities and dental issues at a young age due to some allergy and breathing issues. Recently we were quite amazed that Dr. Philip was able to save one of my teeth that had cracked severely. Although the office was not open that day, he came in anyways to fix my tooth. If you want to go to a dental office that follows the Golden Rule, then you have found the one!

S Jain Dr. Philip is a wonderful dentist. We have been seeing him for many years. He takes such good care of my family. Our previous dentist had the hygienist do all the cleaning and checked out teeth for a few minutes at each visit. Dr. Philip is so much more thorough. He performed two root canals on me and one on my husband. We were both so nervous before the procedure since we heard that it can be very painful. Dr. Philip explained everything also the way and put us at ease. I always have a lot of dental work to do every year since I clench my teeth, but Dr. Philip always has a dialogue with me about the procedures to now and which ones can wait. He also calls after major dental work just to make sure everything is okay. Liza is also great about checking with my insurance to make sure we know the costs of all work. There are no surprises with Dr. Philip. My kids also love coming to him. My son, who is eight, was so scared of seeing the dentist, but Dr. Philips warm disposition and Lizas treasure chest of goodies helped overcome my sons anxieties. We travel 45 minutes to see Dr. Philip because we trust him that much. If you want a dentist who will talk to you about your care and take time to listen to your concerns, then I would recommend you try Wheaton Family Dental Care.

Santosh Girraj Gupta Dr Phillip is one of the best dentist I have ever come across in my life. He is a perfectionist, very meticulous in everything he does, approachable, friendly, and he will never push you to do anything that you may not be ready for or are uncomfortable with. I have had 5-6 fillings, two crowns fitted, several cleanings, and two root canals done so far. He has been super patient and amazing doctor and explains the entire process in detail. I loved his style to often use the pencil camera to find things that an x-ray may not be able to demonstrate to the patient the before and after images. His clinic is very clean and Liza is very approachable for scheduling appointments and setting up reminder texts/calls for upcoming appointments. great family. love the place and will recommend Dr. Phillip to everybody in a heartbeat. He is that good that even after moving to Michigan I drove 4.5 hours to just see him for a new tooth problem. I dont think i can see any other dentist but him in future.

Majestic Mango Nice front desk staff, but they never answer the phone. I would have given 5 stars if my previous dentist was still there. They had great, communicating staff. Now, not so much. The current dentist was poor. Missed a cavity when they already told me there were none. There was no communication about the status of my teeth. No communication about procedures. You need to call while theyre open to get a call back. If you do so outside of office hours, theyll never return your call. It takes weeks to cancel appointments. The wait time for appointments is roughly 2 months, sometimes half a year! I would recommend you avoid this place now.

Smith Judy (JellyJam Paper Creations) Our family has been seeing Dr. Giustino for the past 2 years and feel we have received excellent care. He is kind and answers all of my questions. He recently did a crown for me and I was very happy with his work. I have had 3 crowns in the past 20 years, and this was by far the most pain free and well fitting. His office staff is very nice and explains all charges prior to the procedure.

Prince Ren Animal doesn’t change its color. Now they call themselves ProCare Dental under insurance plan, probably of poor reputation. Yet one thing remains constant - extremely poor customer service. I am at a loss to see 5 star reviews - friendly service? Amazon kicks out tens of thousands of Chinese sellers because of fake reviews. You can set up an appointment purely by luck and then you are at their mercy … you can’t check with them about the charge, talk to the dentist … because they won’t let you.

Eileen Parks Dr. Evans is a true artist. Nice and refreshing to see a professional that takes pride in his craft. I love my new crown. Looks and feels like it has always been there. I was kept comfortable the entire time. Dr. Evans even gave me a quick checkup and some sealant while my crown was being made on site. Dr. Evans and his assistant Mike stayed an hour passed closing to ensure the proper attention was given to the appointment.

Miranda Dr. Evans is a wonderful Doctor. Bonus, he is compassionate and kind. I walked in his office with terrible pain and left with so much relief. He saw me on an emergency basis for another doctor’s mistake and I walked in with tears and pain and he knew exactly what to do to fix my tooth and has a game plan for my next steps. Thank you Dr. Evans. His office staff was also amazing, friendly and welcoming.

Andrew Sax I’ve been seeing Dr Valent for years. My family has gone to see her for even longer. She’s very caring, funny, super gentle and understanding. No judgement from her at all! She makes going to the dentist very easy! When I had my root canal years ago she made it very tolerable. I recently saw Dr. Francis and he was great as well. Had to have a filling done, Dr. Francis was very kind and upbeat, and also brought that same “easy going” environment. I live in Aurora now but will gladly make the drive to see Dr Valent and Dr Francis.

Jackie Freeman I was fortunate to get a recommendation for Dr. McBeth after my dentist of two decades retired. I receive excellent care and service. Everyone I have interacted with on Dr. McBeths staff has been great. And Dr. McBeth is a wonderful dentist!

Robin Bermel We started with Dr. Nihill because I wanted a quality, no-hype experience to dental care. I wanted our dentist to excel in their profession without emphasis on marketing gimmicks. Dr. Nihill was every bit of that, and now Dr. McBeth is too. He believes in knowing his patients and treating them with respect in an office where I feel comfortable and known. The first time I met Dr. McBeth I was new to this practice (and the area) with a broken tooth. Dr. Nihill wasn’t available so I saw Dr. McBeth. He was excellent and cared so well. I ended up getting Invisalign from their office and my whole family goes there. The dental hygienists are excellent. And Cassie in the front office goes above and beyond to meet our needs. She called me multiple times to help get my daughter scheduled before leaving town, and I needed her prompting. Michael Hansen Dr. Beri does great work and is passionate about being a good dentist. Good communication and an adopter of new technology so a lot of the cosmetic work I had done could be done in house with speed and efficiency. I highly recommend him.

Abby White Dr. Barnes himself is amazing, huge fan. Both his receptionist and Nina as well, I believe her name is; they’re all wonderful. Very helpful, super flexible, all great with my daughter except for one hygienist there named Donna. Unfortunately I am not a fan, hence the 4/5 stars. She’s rude, not good with children and has made it a point to make condescending comments to me during both of my child’s teeth cleanings. My child especially isn’t a fan of the dentist, so it’s crucial who is taking care of my daughter is top notch and making it a positive experience for her. Unfortunately Donna is not it. Sadly I am going to transfer care elsewhere solely because of her. If they had a different hygienist I would use them but I believe she’s the only one. At least the only one myself and my daughter have had and each appointment I have been disappointed in the customer service from her and her alone. Aside from that, everyone else at that office is absolutely amazing. I live 40 minutes from this office and I drive there specifically for the rest of the staff because they are great, and when I arrive I almost regret the drive entirely after a cleaning. I keep trying to give it a chance which is why I am a repeated customer but unfortunately I am going to switch dentists. Do I recommend Dr. Barnes ? Absolutely, he’s wonderful. Just take caution if you prefer professionalism, and empathy during your cleanings. Their other services I have had no issue with at all.
