They are caring and very knowledgeable about both dentistry and people. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

5 /5 Brandon Kruis: I needed to find a new dentist as my dentist had retired. My need was urgent as I had a cracked tooth. I was able to get a same day appointment for a consult and schedule an appointment to have the work completed just a few days later. I saw Dr. Nicole for my initial visit and Dr. Mark for my follow up. Both Drs. Nicole and Mark were very kind and professional. I have had 3 visits since and the care, concern and kindness of the staff is unmatched. Dr. Mark has ensured that I am comfortable throughout each visit and he walks me through what he plans to do and the reason that he is doing it. Recently, I was in the office to have a tooth repaired at 7am on a Saturday morning. Dr. Mark and his assistant, Ilah were extremely helpful, professional, and kind. I almost forgot I was there to have dental work done! Thank you all for your hospitality and exceptional care!

I recently had some dental work done from Dr. Mark and I must say that he is extremely professional and I loved that he walked me through step by step what he was doing to make me feel more comfortable. Whether it is chatting with the front desk about each others day or getting to know the hygienists as the perform the cleaning I actually enjoy coming to the dentist! I had Dr. Rogers today and her father is Dr. Beck and I always have him but its always a joy to come here. If you need dentist in Wheaton, this is the crew.

I love them so much I drive about 40 minutes to come here! Every visit is very seamless and the people are genuinely some of the nicest people I have ever met. Dentistry is always such a sensitive subject for a lot of folks and they make it such a positive experience here - whether it’s with scheduling, overall communication, actual dental work…etc. All around great experience!

Park East Dental - Wheaton Eileen Parks: Dr. Evans is a true artist. Nice and refreshing to see a professional that takes pride in his craft. I love my new crown. Looks and feels like it has always been there. I was kept comfortable the entire time. Dr. Evans even gave me a quick checkup and some sealant while my crown was being made on site. Dr. Evans and his assistant Mike stayed an hour passed closing to ensure the proper attention was given to the appointment.

DPD Smiles - Pediatrics & Orthodontics - Wheaton Central Park Solutions: This is by far the WORST dental office to go to. I sent hours tracking and verifying expenses I was charged for. They billed me and my insurance for services we never received. They are run, un professional and money hungry. They tried to charge me a finance charge and I never financed anything and this was after I was told my bill was paid in full. I was sent 6 different invoices for the same day of service with different amounts on each, and they couldnt explain why they charged for some of the services never received. It took me to go over my itemized invoice with Dr. Joshi on the phone to get the billing and charges correct and even then they were still wrong! Save yourself the headache and find another pediatric dentist. This ISNT IT! Then they lied and said the doc was not in just to tell me 5 min later she was with a patient! UNACCEPTABLE

Rebecca Hausten, DDS & Rachael Cole, DMD - Wheaton Steve Markello: I have had the privilege for a few years now of seeing Dr. Rachael Cole, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Cole is incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything in detail. Her compassionate approach and professionalism are truly unmatched. She has always gone above and beyond to ensure the best care possible and always makes sure that I fully understand my treatment options. If youre looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about her patients, Dr. Rachael Cole should be your only call.

Mark Barnes Dental - Wheaton Abby White: Dr. Barnes himself is amazing, huge fan. Both his receptionist and Nina as well, I believe her name is; they’re all wonderful. Very helpful, super flexible, all great with my daughter except for one hygienist there named Donna. Unfortunately I am not a fan, hence the 4/5 stars. She’s rude, not good with children and has made it a point to make condescending comments to me during both of my child’s teeth cleanings. My child especially isn’t a fan of the dentist, so it’s crucial who is taking care of my daughter is top notch and making it a positive experience for her. Unfortunately Donna is not it. Sadly I am going to transfer care elsewhere solely because of her. If they had a different hygienist I would use them but I believe she’s the only one. At least the only one myself and my daughter have had and each appointment I have been disappointed in the customer service from her and her alone. Aside from that, everyone else at that office is absolutely amazing. I live 40 minutes from this office and I drive there specifically for the rest of the staff because they are great, and when I arrive I almost regret the drive entirely after a cleaning. I keep trying to give it a chance which is why I am a repeated customer but unfortunately I am going to switch dentists. Do I recommend Dr. Barnes ? Absolutely, he’s wonderful. Just take caution if you prefer professionalism, and empathy during your cleanings. Their other services I have had no issue with at all.

Premier Endodontic Associates - Wheaton Jason Randall: I had my first ever root canal procedure done here after having a cracked molar. Dr. Wardell and his team were absolutely incredible. I was a bit stressed coming in because anytime you hear the term "root canal," it sounds really, really bad, but Dr. Wardell was so good, everyone was extremely calming, and to be perfectly honest, I didnt feel a thing. Ive now learned theres nothing to be worried about when something like this comes up, and while I hope to never have to see them again, Im happy knowing we have such skilled professionals here who are ready to help. Thank you all for making me feel comfortable and for such outstanding care!
