Whether it’s been six months or 5 years since your last dental visit, they will take excellent care to address your dental health, and work with you to create a plan to take care of you. In one year of getting my dental care here, Drs. Hausten and Cole helped me get a nightguard, schedule me for same-week care for two root canals, and their high tech equipment, pain management expertise and knowledge make going to the dentist a pleasant experience.

Talk about pain-free --Dr. Rachael was like a little butterfly inside my mouth while she cleaned my teeth. Didnt hurt a bit and Im a baby about these things. I highly recommend both dentists! They are thoughtful, caring and very knowledgeable. Plus they work closely with the onsite dental lab so that veneers can be color matched perfectly. My front teeth look natural as can be!

Dr. Cole is a warm, nice expertise and caring doctor. Very happy that she’s in a small practice now and has more time to spend with patients. That’s how the medical business should be. She made me feel like patient comes first. Plus my teeth feel great!

After avoiding the dentist for over a decade due to intense fear and anxiety, I finally decided to make an appointment, and I am so glad I chose this practice. I was treated by one of Dr. Malenius’s associates, and she was outstanding! From the moment I walked in, I was met with warmth and understanding. The entire staff made me feel at ease, taking the time to explain every step of the process and ensuring my comfort at all times. The associate I saw was not only exceptionally skilled but also incredibly gentle and compassionate. She worked efficiently, and to my amazement, the experience was completely pain-free! She and the team truly went above and beyond to accommodate my fears, and I never once felt rushed or judged for my long absence from the dentist. I trust Dr. Forfar, I especially like as he was performing my oral surgery, he continued to talk to me throughout the entire process. He just kept asking if I was okay. His genuine concern made that process a whole lot barriable and a huge difference. The last time I was there, the nurses who attended to me were extremely supportive as well. He explains the process in detail, and answers all questions without hesitation and with full explanation. He does an amazing job and he makes patients (kids and adults) feel as family. His team is great, Arazeli is phenomenal, she has such a good heart and personality, she is super nice, supper friendly, she also makes you feel like family. She also answered all our questions, she is super knowledgeable and experienced. This is our second time coming back and we definitely will keep coming back.

I work in healthcare and am a tough critic when it comes to patient experience but Dr Shin is fantastic. His front desk team is so personable, they know you by name and remember details about your family. They are proactive and transparent in pricing. The hygienists actually teach you techniques to improve your oral health and explain things well. And Dr Shin- he is so down-to-earth, communicates well, and genuinely cares. The group is understanding of last minute emergencies and was so accommodating to helping squeeze us in. I highly recommend this team!!!

Dr. Mary A. Hatzis, DDS - Wheaton Bison Girl: Dr Mary Hatzis is knowledgeable, helpful and does a great job keeping our teeth healthy. Shes been our dentist since she opened her practice. Shes very nice, parking is always available near her office, and she has some evening and weekend hours, which is convenient for us.

Harvey M. Bogin, DDS - Winfield Donata Stroink-Skillrud: The incompetence of this office is truly astounding. I have seen both Dr. Harvey and Dr. Sarah Bogin for years, getting regular cleanings and checkups and never missing any appointments. I would come in and they would say that everything looks good or fix what wasnt good. Then (this happened to me twice), Id go to get endo and the endodontist found teeth that are so beyond repair that they had to be pulled. Both Drs. Bogin looked at these teeth multiple times and said that they were fine, completely missing the issues. The opinions that these teeth had to be pulled were confirmed by multiple endodontists and surgeons who could not believe that the dentists completely missed them. Correction: I just went to another dentist and it turns out that Im losing a third tooth which has a huge cavity that Drs. Bogin missed despite looking at that tooth multiple times. Not sure what the point was of paying thousands of dollars for cleanings and checkups was if they missed all of that. Maybe if they were more competent, they could have caught these issues earlier and I would not have lost multiple teeth under their care. My husband has three cavities filled by Dr. Sarah Bogin. When he went to a new dentist (we switched due to my experience), all of those fillings had to be redone because they were done incorrectly. Save your money and go to a more competent dentists office.
