A friend of mine suggested to go here when i had unbearable pain. I was treated with compassion and care. Although it was only an exam and xrays, i was so anxious and scared. But each step of what was going to happen was explained to me before any action was taken. They were very kind and understanding which really helped me stay calm when I was told my wisdom tooth should be coming out. Very helpful with recommendations on where I could get my tooth extraction. If you are someone who needs TLC when it comes to dental care, I highly recommend!

Central Park Solutions: This is by far the WORST dental office to go to. I sent hours tracking and verifying expenses I was charged for. They billed me and my insurance for services we never received. They are run, un professional and money hungry. They tried to charge me a finance charge and I never financed anything and this was after I was told my bill was paid in full. I was sent 6 different invoices for the same day of service with different amounts on each, and they couldnt explain why they charged for some of the services never received. It took me to go over my itemized invoice with Dr. Joshi on the phone to get the billing and charges correct and even then they were still wrong! Save yourself the headache and find another pediatric dentist. This ISNT IT! Then they lied and said the doc was not in just to tell me 5 min later she was with a patient! UNACCEPTABLE

From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Cole is incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything in detail. Her compassionate approach and professionalism are truly unmatched. She has always gone above and beyond to ensure the best care possible and always makes sure that I fully understand my treatment options. If youre looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about her patients, Dr. Rachael Cole should be your only call.

Abby White: Dr. Barnes himself is amazing, huge fan. Both his receptionist and Nina as well, I believe her name is; they’re all wonderful. Very helpful, super flexible, all great with my daughter except for one hygienist there named Donna. Unfortunately I am not a fan, hence the 4/5 stars. She’s rude, not good with children and has made it a point to make condescending comments to me during both of my child’s teeth cleanings. My child especially isn’t a fan of the dentist, so it’s crucial who is taking care of my daughter is top notch and making it a positive experience for her. Unfortunately Donna is not it. Sadly I am going to transfer care elsewhere solely because of her. If they had a different hygienist I would use them but I believe she’s the only one. At least the only one myself and my daughter have had and each appointment I have been disappointed in the customer service from her and her alone. Aside from that, everyone else at that office is absolutely amazing. I live 40 minutes from this office and I drive there specifically for the rest of the staff because they are great, and when I arrive I almost regret the drive entirely after a cleaning. I keep trying to give it a chance which is why I am a repeated customer but unfortunately I am going to switch dentists. Do I recommend Dr. Barnes ? Absolutely, he’s wonderful. Just take caution if you prefer professionalism, and empathy during your cleanings. Their other services I have had no issue with at all.

Jason Randall: I had my first ever root canal procedure done here after having a cracked molar. Dr. Wardell and his team were absolutely incredible. I was a bit stressed coming in because anytime you hear the term "root canal," it sounds really, really bad, but Dr. Wardell was so good, everyone was extremely calming, and to be perfectly honest, I didnt feel a thing. Ive now learned theres nothing to be worried about when something like this comes up, and while I hope to never have to see them again, Im happy knowing we have such skilled professionals here who are ready to help. Thank you all for making me feel comfortable and for such outstanding care!

The entire staff made me feel at ease, taking the time to explain every step of the process and ensuring my comfort at all times. The associate I saw was not only exceptionally skilled but also incredibly gentle and compassionate. She worked efficiently, and to my amazement, the experience was completely pain-free! She and the team truly went above and beyond to accommodate my fears, and I never once felt rushed or judged for my long absence from the dentist. If youre looking for a dental practice that genuinely cares about your well-being and provides a welcoming, stress-free environment, look no further. Dr. Malenius’s team has restored my faith in dental care, and I can finally say that I no longer dread going to the dentist. Five stars all the way!
