The staff was super friendly and made me feel right at home. The office is clean and modern, and they were right on schedule—no waiting around. If youre looking for a solid dentist in the area, this is the spot.

Ericka Crespo Friendly staff & dentist was efficient. I like that they also cater to kids, my son & I come here. He is currently 3 years old. He does like brushing his teeth as welding that helps. Recommend this place.

M W I cannot recommend this place enough. The dentist gave the most through cleaning to the biggest baby in the world (me) when it comes to dental care. Dental salon made me feel comfortable and explained pricing with my insurance right up front. They treated me amazing even knowing I’m going to be a pain. You really can’t ask for more of a dentist but to make you comfortable when you’re the most uncomfortable. Dental Salon does that. Plus, the office is clean, welcoming and fresh Highly recommend

Timothy I had expected my x-rays and cleaning to take an hour as indicated online, but it took nearly twice as long. They had to re-do my x-rays as the first didnt come out right, which meant waiting 30 more minutes for someone to finally notice me. I was eventually seen by a different specialist who informed me that the dentist I had scheduled with was running late. Staff were perfectly attentive and friendly, but the actual cleaning felt rushed despite the long wait, like they were just trying to get me out of there as fast as possible. My experience might have been out of the ordinary, but its all that I can base my assessment on.

Shirley Cole Dental Salon has been my Dental spot for over 5 years.and igoing there always makes me feel like my mouth is in good hands. The kind and courteous staff is always explaining each procedure as plainly as can which that makes it more stress free to sit in any Dental chair. To add to the patient’s satisfaction is the clean modern ambiance that looks always clean and inviting. I would and have recommended this place to anyone.

Katie Daley I was a bit anxious after not having been to the dentist in a few years, but Johanna, the hygienist that I saw, was so kind and compassionate during the x-rays and cleaning. I was completely at ease. She talked me through everything she was doing and checked in throughout to make sure I was feeling ok. My teeth felt so smooth afterwards! I am incredibly thankful that my first visit back to dental care in a while was such a great experience! Then I saw Dr. Noor who was also very friendly and thorough. I did have some follow-up treatment to schedule, but she also seemed conservative, explaining what should be treated now, versus what we could wait and monitor. I appreciated that approach. She also answered all of my questions. Everyone else in the office that I encountered was really friendly and considerate. They seemed to all get along really well, while also maintaining a very professional environment. I’ve only had one visit to Downtown Dental (loop) so far, but based on that experience, I would definitely recommend it - especially if you see Johanna and Dr Noor!

Rob Heitz I’ve been going to downtown dental for years, they always do a good job but I was particularly happy with my experience today. I had a new hygienist named Becky and she was fantastic. Very gentle and considerate and at the same time very thorough. I could tell she takes special care to do a good job and I didn’t feel at all like she was just rushing through to get to the next patient. If you have a chance, I recommend to ask for her. Marie I have had my share of dentist visits and experiences. Miswak Dental office was such a sweet experience that I highly recommend anyone in need of a good dentist to visit this place. From their office greetings of great customer service, to sitting in a beautiful cozy lobby to prepare you for your dental work. Want a water bottle or blanket they got you. Invasive technology you dont have to go through having giant bite wings that hurt when getting x-rays. They have a small hand held xray gun that takes a picture in a few second. All your x-rays are placed on a big screen and the dentist goes over each tooth that needs worked on. Hes so honest that he suggest critical teeth first and the best way to save you money. This office is not out to take it last penny- family owned and from Chicago so they know the value of helping you save if needed. I hope you take the time to check this place out yourself as you will see that this will be your new dental home! Jus lay back and relax watching a TV with a colorful sea of fishes in the ocean as you get your teeth worked on.

Luke Blahnik This is a wonderful dental office. The staff are extremely friendly and communicative, hygienists are lovely, and Dr. Urda is a total boss. Check-ups are a pleasure with TVs in every room, comfortable chairs, and skilled staff. Yesterday I watched a gecko eat an entire colony of ants while I had my teeth cleaned. Is this real life? Highly recommend.

Lopez Rhiana (Rhiana L) Lovely experience. Youre able to book online as well as complete all your forms online, cutting down the time you have to wait when you arrive. The office is very clean and beautiful. The front desk greeted me quickly and helped me check in, explaining everything nicely and I was seen 5 min early. The hygenist was so nice, got my x-rays done quickly and I usually hate getting x-rays because theyre uncomfortable. However they did them here was fast and did not make my mouth hurt! They were done and the dentist saw me quickly. She was so kind and explained everything so well, and made sure I was okay during my exam/cleaning. I do have some dental anxiety which they both helped by telling me what each step was and letting me know what to expect! I loved that. They also had the great british baking show on which calmed my nerves as well as the fun music they had playing. Overall a lovely dentist visit and I look forward to returning for my upcoming treatment. Thank you, Smile Science.

arseeh jeff Had a solid experience at Smile Science Chicago. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I went in for a routine cleaning and a couple fillings, and the whole process was smooth. The office is modern and clean, with TVs on the ceiling to keep you entertained during procedures. I spent around $300, and it was worth every penny. Only reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the wait time was a bit longer than I expected, but overall, great place. Will definitely be back for my next appointment.

Benjamin Flores Jr I went to get a deep cleaning. However I was told I needed to do this and the other with my teeth because the fillings i had were old. The ones they put now I cant even get floss between my teeth. I trusted the people and did what I was told was needed. Mind you before i walked in there none of my teeth were hurting or bothering me. Its been about 8 months and my teeth feel worst than ever. Super sensitive. Hot, cold, sugar no sugar everything bothers me. Mine you I spent over $2,000 out of pocket. Insurance paid about 1k, doing what they claimed I needed done. I went against my own judgment and now I have been suffering.. I regret doing what was recommended. Mind you I only did half of their recommendations, because of the price. Im glad I didnt move forward with the rest. Just a heads up, if it isnt broke dont fix it. We I told them about my problem, they claimed it will get better with time. Definitely not the case. Actually feels like its getting worst with time. On top of that service was horrible. Appointments are definitely pointless. Appointment getting rescheduled. You get there before or at scheduled time and still have to wait 30 minutes plus before they call you in. Just giving the community a heads up. Be careful what they tell you may need.

M R Overall good experience, occasionally they dont take you at your scheduled time. My visit today went fine. Last week my wife and daughter had waited over 45 min after being there on time. Thats the only issue, is scheduling. Other than that professional staff and service.

Ryan Kwiecinski First Dental Place is amazing. Its the first dentist I actually enjoyed being at and look forward to my future follow up appointments. I went for the first time this week and very glad I did. Its been some time since I last visited a dentist, so I was a bit insecure about going, but they made it a very comfortable experience. I had Amanda as my dental hygienist and she was amazing. Explained everything really well and provided a really good cleaning. I had to get some additional services and she provided the out-of-pocket costs before proceeding, which I appreciated. I met with Dr Nguyen, who was also very welcoming and walked me through a bunch of information. The other staff I interacted with were really friendly as well. They made the visit so easy. The space itself is beautiful too, they did a great job with the renovation. Its very relaxing and has a spa vibe to it. I highly recommend going here for a solid dental experience.

Emma Zaknoun I had amazing experience at First Dental Center for a wisdom tooth extraction. The staff was incredibly warm, competent, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere in the center was also very beautiful and spa-like. The staff, namely Trinadi, Armon, and Dr. Nguyen, made me feel very at ease with the procedure. They make you as comfortable as possible, giving you a lavender-scented neck pillow, weighted blankets, and other comfort items. They were wonderful! Couldnt have made a procedure (like getting your tooth pulled) any easier :)

Andrea Goodman I seriously LOVE this practice. I just moved back to Chicago and ended up here after cracking a tooth and they were able to get me in right away and did a great job. Everyone at this practice is friendly, professional and they always greet you with a smile and make sure you are comfortable. I’ve always hated going to the Dentist so this was big for me. She make sure that you are satisfied with her work which is always awesome and she make sure that you are comfortable from when you come in and from when you leave she is such a blessing Jonathan the manager he also is amazing too he make sure there any kind of issues or concerns if especially with Bill then he make sure that its clear communication and he is very precise on making sure that you understand in layman terms. Iam actually from Baltimore (long story for another time) And I literally flew back and forth a few times Just to come get the rest of my procedures done so if that doesnt explain how amazing they are then I dont know what will. Victor J Archuleta Affinity has been my dental practice of choice for the last five years. In-house, they are very technologically and skillfully advanced way ahead of other dentist. This is also a very personable and friendly practice and they make you feel uncomfortable. All things considered. It’s still a dentist appointment.

Aaron Hamb I visited Dr. Ho to correct a problem with my dental implant. The experience was exceptional. The office staff and atmosphere were all welcoming, warm and professional. I was promptly attended to with a smile upon entering. I have a natural anxiety of the dentists office, but Dr. Ho and his staff calmed that anxiety. He had personally spoken to my dentist prior to my arrival which was immediately reassuring. He walked me through the procedure in detail which helped to calm my anxiety. The procedure took all of 20-30 minutes with absolutely no discomfort, even though there was drilling involved - a process that I typically would not be able to tolerate in the past without some anesthetic. I was quite satisfied with the outcome of the procedure and the visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Ho and the Affinity Dental clinic without reservation

Cheng-En Lai The office feels very much like they are prioritizing profits over patient care or customer service. I specifically asked to not have periapical X-rays performed because my insurance does not cover these X-rays and that my previous dentists did not require them. I was reassured by both the receptionist and the hygienist that it’s okay and that they would waive the charge. After my check-up, they charged me anyway for these xrays and refused to take off the charge. Won’t be going back.

zoe zink best dental experience I’ve had since I was a lil kid. Dr. Turner was thorough and quick, communicated what did and did not need to be a priority, and gave me a clear picture of what treatment down the road would look like! Last dentist I went to felt a bit like a boutique-y money scheme and I was basically told I needed to get a large number of fillings immediately. Dr. Turner looked over prior scans and compared them to the ones he took, talking me through his decisions. 10/10 if you’re looking for dental care without being scared into spending loads more on things that are not an immediate priority!

Even when the procedure took longer than expected, he stayed calm, focused, and incredibly kind throughout. The entire team was just as thoughtful. Healing hasn’t been easy, but knowing I’ve been in such good hands has made a huge difference. Charlotte Stacey Wonderful and helpful staff; Dr. Flowers is awesome. I’d refer his work to anyone (and have!). He doesn’t do work just to do it which is common with a lot of dental practices, he ensures he does the right thing for the patient no matter the outcome for him and the practice. My regular dentist sent me to him because Dr. Flowers “does really good work” and he didn’t steer me wrong. Highly recommend!

Carlton Ferrono Dr. Flowers is simply the Best! He was not only a magician with the tools of his trade in doing my root canal (painless!), but —in my most recent visit— a experienced and thoughtful diagnostic- and -prognostic wizard. He was willing to spend the time with me and explain (using my X-rays) why, if I wanted to get a bridge to replace a missing tooth, rather than a root canal on my incisor, I needed to focus on bone loss and the stability of the posterior tooth. He offered to follow up by consulting with my regular dentist to come up with a plan, moving forward. Both he and his staff are friendly, courteous and patient. I cannot recommend him more highly!

No one is excited about a visit to the dentist, but this clinic makes the experience as painless as possible. The entire team cares about your dental health while trying to save you money. Highly recommended.

Marin Ashanti If you have dental anxiety and trauma with past experiences, rest assured this place is for you! Going to the dentist is a scary experience but let me lay out what they did right to help me feel comfortable. They offer financial payment plans through Sunbit (took me 2 minutes to finish my payment). The intake process was nice and smooth (have your insurance ready!). They immediately took X-rays and asked me about any concerns/pain/discomfort. They were able to replace my missing filling that caused me tooth sensitivity the same day! The dentist assistant laid out all the steps, went over some concerns and area for improvement on my end to take care of my teeth. I didn’t feel shamed or embarrassed, they educate you for your own good. Dr. Beltran heals my heart from my past experiences from how genuine and gentle she is and overall she’s just so nice and quick! She explains what is happening, what she will do, AND gives you positive reinforcement. I’m so happy after my visit, to have what I needed addressed and I can smile and eat comfortably again. Thank you to all the staff there for making this an awesome and gentle experience.

Melissa Cortez Had an incredible experience here. The staff are extremely nice and Dr. Beltran is kind and patient, a huge deal for me since I’m not usually a fan of going to the dentist. I also think theirs was the most thorough exam I have ever had, with so many pictures and X-rays of all of my teeth. I was maintained aware of what was going on the whole time, not sure if it was because they knew I was stressing or if that’s just their normal way of operating, but it was super helpful so I wasn’t caught off guard with anything. Overall- grateful to have found them and would recommend to anyone.

Parul Purohit I have had lovely experience at Dental Group of Chicago. Dr. Vrushti Patel is my favorite dentist there. She is competent as well as gentle and considerate. I have had my crown installed and cavities filled with Dr. Patel and I must say it was a breeze. The hygienists are also very informative and kind. Definitely recommended.

A HacK Office Environment is modern light filled,and professional looking with just the right touch of comfort. I had a molar extraction, my second one (different dental organization) in 2 weeks. Both were comparable,with similar outcomes.The difference is there was no follow up to check healing by Dr Hou at the Dental Group. A prescription for Ibuprofen was given even though I take Eliquis. Even upon request,They do not forward prescriptions to pharmacy. Uncomfortable oversights. Their panoramic X-rays are the best. They have a parking lot.A big plus.

Qingtian Zhou Fresh Dental provides professional, high quality care in a clean and welcoming environment. They are also skillful when dealing with insurance companies. I had a prior authorization denial at another office, but Fresh Dental successfully obtained approval for the same procedure this year, despite reduced benefits. I appreciate their diligence and look forward to continuing my care with them.

Jackie V I’ve had a very pleasant experience with Advantage Dental. I was a patient here when I lived in the neighborhood and recently decided to return. Dr. Adam Al-Kassem and his assistant are wonderful. I am unfortunately an adult with severe anxiety in regards to the dentist, so finding a dental office that provides great care has been a lengthy journey. After my first 2 appointments with Dr. Al-Kassem I knew i’d be confident with the provided treatment plan. I was able to get through two extractions with no problem and have already scheduled the remaining one with confidence. I highly recommend this office because you can really feel everyones kindness and understanding. I was welcomed without judgement. I appreciate that every procedure has been explained thoroughly. I can see the transparency in the treatment plans and they take patient feedback seriously. I do have to commute 8 miles but it’s worth it! I especially want to mention his assistant who noticed I was really anxious and took the time to chat with me and get my mind off the procedure, she is awesome. Thank you all!

Jonathan Egan I would like to compliment Dr Rhonda Habbal and her very able assistant Jennifer on the recent wisdom tooth extraction I had on Wednesday 12/11/24. I was very nervous ( i had an awful experience in China last time 16 years ago) but they were very professional and the whole thing was over before I knew it. The local anaesthetic worked a treat and they explained everything I needed to do in order to get a quick rehab. It is less than 48 hours later now and I already feel so much better. Thanks again and will be back for any further dental work.
