Dr. Turner was thorough and quick, communicated what did and did not need to be a priority, and gave me a clear picture of what treatment down the road would look like! Last dentist I went to felt a bit like a boutique-y money scheme and I was basically told I needed to get a large number of fillings immediately. Dr. Turner looked over prior scans and compared them to the ones he took, talking me through his decisions. 10/10 if you’re looking for dental care without being scared into spending loads more on things that are not an immediate priority!

You wonder if they’re gonna be in a hurry , if it’s gonna hurt , are they gonna hit your gums etc … well at least I do. Lindsey has that feather touch and gentle effective technique . That is truly something rare to encounter from a hygienist ! I really appreciate the care she took in cleaning my teeth . I also appreciate her asking if I was ok and the finished results. Also , the rest of the staff are really nice and made me feel welcomed and cared for . I recommend Hyde Park Smile Studio !!!

5 /5 William Powell III: Absolutely, positively the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Granted, I do what I’m supposed to do outside of the dental office, BUT Dr. Price was so gentle! Nothing like you’d expect a dentist visit to be. And knowledgeable! I had questions…I always have questions. Oh, and the Dental Assistants- just as pleasant! As long as I’m in Chicago, I’ll never go anywhere else!

5 /5 D Vu: I transferred to this dentist because of Dr Robinson she’s a black dentist. I was cared for by another dentist office in Hyde park called Manus and I didn’t feel they cared for me and my child due to my race. So after researching I gave this a place a try. Not only was all the staff kind and polite but Doctor Robinson made me and my child’s anxiety disappear. She was patient knowledgeable and caring. Today we had the pleasure of being serviced by a black male dentist for my son’s cleaning which was a treat because it showed my son black men in another light. He’s never been cared for by a black male doctor which he thought was super cool. Despite this office employing people of color all staff here seem to be professional and truly kind. You won’t be sorry if you choose this place for your dental care no matter whose servicing you.

She was knowledgeable and transparent about cost. She is also able to wisdom teeth extractions in house! I will definitely bring all my family and friends here.

Wicker Park Dental Group - Chicago Andrea Goodman: I seriously LOVE this practice. I just moved back to Chicago and ended up here after cracking a tooth and they were able to get me in right away and did a great job. Everyone at this practice is friendly, professional and they always greet you with a smile and make sure you are comfortable. I’ve always hated going to the Dentist so this was big for me. I’m happy to say this is where I will be coming from now on and a HUGE shout out to the AMAZING JOHNATHAN who got my teeth sparkling white! I am so HAPPY! Highly recommend!!! Oh and always GREAT music!!

Dental Group of Chicago - Chicago Elena Reyes: Just dropped about $200 here for a cleaning and X-rays — gotta say, these folks crushed it. Front desk was cool, barely waited, and the hygienist was super gentle (huge win for me). Place is clean, modern, and they actually explain what’s goin’ on with your teeth without the usual sales pitch. Felt taken care of start to finish. This is def my new dental spot in the city!

Downtown Dental - Loop - Chicago Katie Daley: I was a bit anxious after not having been to the dentist in a few years, but Johanna, the hygienist that I saw, was so kind and compassionate during the x-rays and cleaning. I was completely at ease. She talked me through everything she was doing and checked in throughout to make sure I was feeling ok. My teeth felt so smooth afterwards! I am incredibly thankful that my first visit back to dental care in a while was such a great experience! Then I saw Dr. Noor who was also very friendly and thorough. I did have some follow-up treatment to schedule, but she also seemed conservative, explaining what should be treated now, versus what we could wait and monitor. I appreciated that approach. She also answered all of my questions. Everyone else in the office that I encountered was really friendly and considerate. They seemed to all get along really well, while also maintaining a very professional environment. I’ve only had one visit to Downtown Dental (loop) so far, but based on that experience, I would definitely recommend it - especially if you see Johanna and Dr Noor!
