1 /5 Brandon Evans: I contacted this dental office after moving to Chicago and repeatedly asked if they accepted my insurance. They assured me that they did. When I checked out, they confirmed that there would be no cost, so I thought I was good to go. However, three weeks later, I received a $200 dental bill, and they claimed that I was only partially covered. This feels like a scam and is an unfair practice. I also found their customer service to be unhelpful.
Additionally, there are no private exam rooms; everything is exposed, and I could hear conversations and treatments happening with other patients just separated by a curtain. I wouldnât recommend this dental office, as everything appeared old and outdated. Please stay away from this place.
