Dropped around $150 with insurance, and the staff was super chill and upfront about costs. They even checked my insurance before doing anything, which was a nice touch. Dr. Treinkman is a classic old school doctor- high professionalism, sharp focus, ethics. All the options were explained to me, I could choose one of them, nothing was pushed on me, I did not feel anxious, my choice was accepted. The procedure was very smooth and quick. Everything was very nice, like good old days with very modern technology and equipment. I strongly recommend this practice!

From the day I stopped by for an emergency appointment to fix a broken bar, I knew this place would be great, and now Ive been a customer for over 6 years! They are open on Saturdays, they have many stations, there is free parking! There is never a long wait and the cleaning is also done efficiently and well by friendly techs! From the same seat you can get your teeth cleaned, get digital x-rays and see instant results on the big monitor in each service pod, and even gargle and spit! Everyone there is super friendly and accommodating.

Dr. Adam Al-Kassem and his assistant are wonderful. After my first 2 appointments with Dr. Al-Kassem I knew i’d be confident with the provided treatment plan. I was able to get through two extractions with no problem and have already scheduled the remaining one with confidence. I highly recommend this office because you can really feel everyones kindness and understanding. I was welcomed without judgement. I appreciate that every procedure has been explained thoroughly. I can see the transparency in the treatment plans and they take patient feedback seriously. I do have to commute 8 miles but it’s worth it! I especially want to mention his assistant who noticed I was really anxious and took the time to chat with me and get my mind off the procedure, she is awesome. Thank you all!

A Brush Above Family Dentistry - Chicago kirby crawford: This was my first time at the office and the entire staff was soo friendly and kind! From the people who greeted me at the desk, the hygienist and the dentist, they all made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my appointment. The office is also stunning itself, feeling more like a spa experience than your typical sterile dental office. They also were upfront about any additional costs not covered by insurance and made sure I was okay with everything. All of my concerns were answered professionally and put me at ease.
