bianca smith I had to go in to make an appointment for my son. Luckily, they were able to get him in the next day for a consultation and X-rays and another appointment 2weeks later. My son had a baby root canal and 2 teeth pulled. They were friendly, informative, quick wait time and quick procedure time. The only downside is that it’s nearly impossible to get an appointment over the phone. I was worried after reading the reviews but I had a good experience with the pediatric dentistry department.

Destanie Laslie I needed to reschedule my daughter’s appointment when we got a bunch of snow. Remind you I live 4 hours away. They called to confirm my appointment two days before her appointment and my phone was shut off so I didn’t receive anything. The appointment was cancelled but I was okay with that because I needed to reschedule it anyways. Well, today, I call back and try to schedule her a new appointment and the lady tells me there’s nothing they can do even though I was referred there. My daughter is 4, the little girl shouldn’t have to bare through the pain just because we HAD NO CHOICE but to miss an appointment. I’m glad I’ve never been here. Seems to me any time anyone in that office answers the phone they seem like they hate their life. It’s truly sad.

tiara hughes I originally really liked this dentist they were very kind but after 3 months I will not be going back. At my first appointment i paid over $1000 which was supposed to cover everything i needed to get done. I had a temporary crown for a couple months that kept falling off so I was in the office about once a week for months. At the appointment where I was getting my permanent crown they waited until they took my temporary out and my mouth was full of gauze to tell me i owed another $400 and if I didnt pay it right there and then they wouldnt put in my permanent crown. Apparently they just didnt charge me enough the first time I paid. I also just recently went back for a cleaning, the first time I went in February I was told my teeth were very healthy and clean, this time I was told I need to "focus on hygiene and all of my teeth are going to fall out and Ill need dentures by the time im 50". Today I received a text that they will be charging me an extra $38 I have no idea why or for what but this place is disorganized and unprofessional I will not be going back. Also theyve been pushing invisaligns on me since day 1 (Original review) This is the best dentist Ive ever been to. Imani White Worst teeth cleaning I’ve ever had in my life. I waited a little over an hour to be seen first of all. The doctor used a water pick to floss my teeth in 5 minutes, I waited another 10 minutes to get a polish put on my teeth which barely felt like the lady was touching my teeth. No other tools were used at ALL. Not a scrapper in sight. They didn’t even floss me with real floss. Not to mention my very first appointment was only X-rays and the lady in the front pulled me to the side trying to push Invisalign on me which I said I did not want any time soon. She proceeds to try to get me on a payment plan as well as texted me about a cheaper payment plan. Very very pushy and off vibes.

When my usual dentist couldn’t fit me in, Avenue Dental found a way to make it work. I had made an emergency appointment as a new patient, I was able to be seen same day. During that appointment I was referred to a wonderful endodontist who helped with my root canal. The entire process has been really wonderful and they helped me find medications that helped with my dental anxiety. Courtney and Afnan are so wonderful- they’ve taken plenty of stressed calls from me and have always been so kind and helpful. The entire front desk team is so sweet. They helped me understand payment, insurance and different ways to pay. They really were so kind and helpful! I truly cannot recommend Dr. Priyanka enough. She is a wonderful dentist and human being. My last dentist claimed I had a mouthful of cavities and thankfully my x-rays here showed I did not. The x-rays were quick and it was obvious the technician is skilled. Nancy Rios Want to share my experience, with Dr. Anast and Hannah. Can I say the both are phenomenal. Let me explain, I havent been to the dentist in 13 yrs de due to dental phobia. I finally found the courage to look on line and cant across their Dental office. I first look at their reviews before taking the FIRST STEP and courage in calling their office for an appt. Wow! What can I say Dr. Anast was so sweet, kind, sympathetic and sensitive to my phobia and anxiety. He managed to keep me calm, in encouraging me in saying everything was going to be alright. Although I had to get the Nitrous sedation to help relieve my anxiety, it was all worth it, it helped me. Hannah, who did my deep cleaning was sensitive, caring and gentle. Shes so sweet, she managed to also keep me calm with reassurance that everything was going to be alright. She made me feel very comfortable. Overall, I give them a #10 my heart is over flowed with gratitude. Thank you Dr. Anast, Hanna and Staff for making my FIRST experience worth praising. Dan Thacker You can tell the head dentist that runs the place has been practicing a long time. He “saved” two teeth that another dentist wanted to pull and did it like it was something he’d seen & done many times before. Clean & ‘new’ feeling facility with TVs for each chair and they seem to have all the newer tech to get any dental issue handled there on the spot. They also work with the VA community care program [mission act] servicing veterans needing outside-of-VA care.

After the filling was completed, I was informed that my insurance was no longer accepted at their practice, leaving me responsible for the full cost out of pocket. It was an unexpected and frustrating situation, but Dr. Momin took care of the unaccounted-for balance, which I truly appreciated. While this wasn’t an ideal experience, his willingness to address the issue helped make things right.
