5 /5 Darlene Chappell: I recently started going to Chicago Style Smiles for my dental needs since my former dentist retired. I’m so grateful that my sibling provided me with this Awesome lead!! From my initial visit including my additional follow-up visits, the overall experience has been extremely positive! I truly appreciated the thorough baseline assessment of my dental needs as a new patient. The staff at the facility are all very professional, personable and provide great vibes during the visit. The facility is well maintained and the dental rooms have fantastic views! Dr. Fisher has serviced me for my multiple dental needs. He’s excellent at explaining the dental procedure before anything is done including the anticipated results after the procedure is completed. He proactively ask whether you have concerns/questions about the dental procedure. Dr. Fisher and the dental assistant make sure you’re comfortable during the dental procedure, which I truly appreciate!

5 /5 Nurdan Zholonova: I recently moved to Chicago and spent a long time looking for a good dental clinic because I was really nervous that something might go wrong. I read through a lot of reviews and finally decided on Chicago Style Smiles — and I’m so glad I did. They’re incredibly caring: after each procedure, they follow up with a call or message to make sure everything is okay. My dentist is Dr. Fischer. He’s very kind, attentive, and easy to talk to. I’m already happy with the results of the work done, and during the procedure, if I ever felt uncomfortable, the team addressed it right away. I also really appreciate the calm atmosphere in the office — and the view of the lake from the window is just beautiful. It truly helps you feel more relaxed. One thing to keep in mind is that it might be a bit pricey for some people, as the clinic is located in downtown Chicago and offers top-tier service and care. But in my opinion, the quality and attention you receive here are absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Olivia Tartaglia: I’ve had such a great experience at this dental office. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, from the front desk staff to the hygienists. They’re always on top of things—whether it’s scheduling, answering questions, or handling follow-ups, they make everything really smooth and easy. Dr. Dow is fantastic. He uses the latest technology and stays current with all the newest dental practices, which gives me a lot of confidence in the care I’m getting. He’s incredibly kind, makes me feel comfortable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. It’s clear he really cares about his patients and puts a lot of thought into creating a personalized care plan. I fully trust his recommendations. The hygienists are also great—gentle, thorough, and always pleasant. Overall, I feel really well taken care of here and would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

He takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. 5 /5 Freda Delle: I’ve been going here a long time! That says a lot because most dentist experiences in the past were underwhelming. I really appreciate the level of communication and promptness of the office. Typically any medical appointment times are merely “suggested” times lol but not here. Your appointment time is your time and they are always ON TIME. The front desk is super sweet and helpful with scheduling, checkin and check out. The dental assistants are all knowledgeable and do a great job providing professional services and asking/answering questions. And then of course Dr. Dow is fantastic! I have zero complaints about Chicago Style Smiles… I even referred my coworkers here as well. 5 stars all around.
